Service in the lobby is always slow. Breakfast sandwiches and my drink hot chocolate come out a long time apart, even when there are no other customers in line in the store. The hot chocolate was warm and the outside of my cup had spillage on it that nobody bothered to wipe. Each of the tables regularly are dirty and need wiping down.
I’ve given this place enough time and money to get it together. However they have not. I went there at noon 12:09 to be exact and of course there’s always a line which is always normal. Waited in the long line just for donuts to be told they where out of all donuts. Now this has happened before however when i got off they had donuts the last time. This time around i didn’t bother getting off because of how rude the young lady was and just said she was out of all kinds of donuts. So before you give them your hard earned money and time double check or just head towards the sandusky one.
Most early Saturday mornings you’ll find me at Dunkin with my friend Adam sipping on one of my favorite iced coffees- they have many to choose from or you can create your own favorite like me with a change up every so often but always iced I always use the app to get discounts and free stuff and they always have it waiting for me, you can even use the app the night before to have it ready in the morning Many of the local high school and college kids work there and they are always pleasant and it is always clean and tidy!
Staff is friendly, food is good. I love Dunkin’ and all the seasonal variety they have. Can’t forget about the donuts!
Ten months ago I left a positive review. The staff were always courteous and food is still pretty good. However, twice now, an incident that happened a few months ago happened again today. Occasionally Dunkin' has specials on a sign before speaker. Today sign stated: order a medium or larger coffee and get sandwich for $3. I ordered a medium cold brew and a sandwich and my order came to $9.65. When I asked why my sandwich was not $3 I was told that special is only for coffee. Cold brew IS coffee. I make it at home. It is litterally coffee brewed with cold water instead of hot. That is the only difference. I won't be returning to this location.
Ive been going to this dunkin for awhile now and they have improved drastically! They are always fast and my coffee is alwayssss delicious.Food: 4/5
I don’t normally order sandwiches from here but I did today and this is what I got. I did not check when I left because I didn’t anticipate getting this POS. I am very disappointed- probably more so than I have been in a while. Please let your people know they should have pride in what they serve - this is just sad.
Dunkin Dunkin.. what can I say The atmosphere is a bit gray Very slow moving in the drive-thru It's like 1 order at a time, as the staff is very few! Now, you're a corporate chain, but your pay is a stain On the economy, I'm just speaking of where your employment could be. Raise the bar , give more pay I'm sure you'll have more employees at the end of the day. Don't get me wrong, the food and drinks are great Their frozen coffee is my bait No gluten free donuts yet Gotta get it together before customers get upset As gluten free is roaring the country You can afford this, trust me!
I don’t post reviews very often at all, but Dunkin’ corporate should be ashamed of this location in Norwalk, OH. When I got in line at this drive-thru, I was 3 cars from the speaker. At the Dunkin by my home, this would have meant 5 mins tops to get my order and drive away. Here it was easily 20 mins. Put my car in park a couple times. When I finally placed my order, the young lady repeated it to me and it was absolutely correct. When I got to the window, a young lady asked what I ordered shouldn’t she know?, was very confused, looked inside several boxes, and then handed me a dozen. I pulled away but decided I should check, and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I parked and took it in, and they “corrected” it by handing me another dozen, but not what I ordered. This went on a few times, each time asking what I ordered and each time handing me something different. If I didn’t need my order, I would have asked for my money back and left. The donuts were finally right, but only half glazed. I had to go back the next day and get the same order, and it was still a slow drive-thru, they got my order right the first time, but still only half glazed. It’s like they lightly brush the tops. I’m adding a pic of the side and bottom of a sour cream donut. The glazed and glazed blueberry were the same. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I can’t possibly in good conscience go back to this location, but I hope someone takes a hard look at it. Norwalk deserves better. Or another good option.
Even though we stopped about 4:30, there was a nice selection of donuts. We are always treated with courtesy.Food: 5/5
