This is the best location I have been to. The girl making my drink made it perfect!! I had to call and thank them for doing so great. I recommend this location. Especially the afternoon crew
I ordered $20 of drinks and donuts and asked for 6 waters we are a party of 8. I was charged $1 per water. I have never been charged for water at any establishment in my life. When I asked if it was on the menu they told me it was a non menu item and they did not tell me when I ordered that I would be charged. Honestly, this might be the only place in the country that charges for ice water, especially after I bought $20 worth of food and drink.
DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL DUNKIN... if you order extra meat you will not get it even though you payed extra and if you ask for almond milk you will get normal dairy milk even though you payed extra for it. Happens every time at this sorry location. Please stay away. Would give 0 stars if I could. Never seen such a poorly run dunking before!
EVERYTIME since the new owners took over this dunkin.. I NEVER get the correct thing that I ordered and I have gone at different times different days.. consistently over my last 10 stops at the Chardon dunkin.. I get the wrong thing.. if I order a HOT coffee they give me ice coffee.. if I order cream they give me sugar.. I ordered an extra flavored cream cheese and was charged for it but didn’t get it or a knife to spread it.. something is always wrong.. I believe there is a language barrier or they don’t care or they don’t listen.. I can’t/wouldn’t go back through the line to fix my order either because there’s always a line. I’m done with this dunkin and Starbucks.. go to buckeye
I go here weekly mainly for coffee and I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad order.Food: 5/5
I go here a lot. The people who run it seem very nice and always make my coffee right. They even know my name by my order in the morning Some places make the coffee different every time I order the same thing, but here they make it the same every time I order and that's a big reason I keep going back. I also love the grilled cheese melts.
New ownership ruined it, mess up my order every single time.Food: 1/5
So my wife who is deaf and I have went to this Dunkin location several times. I must say it’s a big disappointment as every time we have been there the inside been locked. My wife likes to go and get her coffee by herself because I be at work. So she goes to Starbucks that’s overpriced even though she doesn’t care for their coffee but she is able to go inside and see the peoples lips to know what is being said. She loves Dunkin’ more and let me know this morning that she is going to start driving 10 miles to the one in Mentor so she can have her Dunkin! I told her as long as she safe IDC heck she can drive to the Service Plazas in Mantuna off TP if she really wants Dunkin that bad!

I am in an RV so I had to park way up the street and walk down to the store. All 3 doors of the lobby were closed even though it said open.Employee just shrugged when they saw me.I wouldn’t have even stopped if it had said the was lobby closed. There was not a sign anywhere stating closure. I was unable to get an order without a vehicle at 12:02 pm
