This is why I never come here! Like what in the world is this!? Sorry sir today you only get 5 hash brown because we didn’t cook enough… also btw they are soggy! Hope you enjoy! Idk it’s always something here. Last time we came the coffee was burnt. The time before half the food was missing. Then just going in for a donut… the icing look thinly applied or old. Bad representation for a Dunkin Donuts.
I placed an order in the mobile app, for pickup by 8:15 AM. I pulled up in the drive up, said I was there to pickup my mobile order which I'd already paid for, and I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting for my food. It should not have taken that long. When I said something to the person helping me, she just said the computers were down. Where I come from, in customer service, you don't make excuses, you make it right.
Poor customer service srart to finish. They didn’t have what we wanted and still sold it to us, then offered to replace our purchase with bottled beverages rather than refund. Kitchen was clean and staff was friendly they just lacked in overall experience and skill. Our replacement food came out fresh but I wouldn’t go back.Food: 3/5
Listen, I Love Dunkin. But it's like how someone loves gambling. Sometimes you win big and other times it's a waste of time and money. The consistency is non-existent. Just take a look at my archive of avocado toasts! Now, did I enjoy them all? Absolutely, but some more than others. My Iced cappuccinos are sometimes blended, sometimes not. It's about a 50/50 chance it'll be blended like it's supposed to be, and I sure feel like I've won the lottery when it is. Not to mention "light ice" to Dunkin could range from no ice at all to completely packed to the brim with ice. Maybe this is their secret. If you love Dunkin, you don't just love the food, you love the gamble.
Tried to order coffee and donuts via the app while on the road home during a 3 state trek. Arrived and nothing was ready and they straight faced said they don't sell donuts at this location. They gave me a bag of bacon "to make up for it". That literally left me slack jawed and unable to reply. I mean, I like bacon just fine. But if I order a sour cream donut, it's because I'm wanting a pastry and not a fatty breakfast meat. I don't know what has happened, but in the last 3 years I've had one bad experience after another and every single Dunkin. I don't like sumatran coffee, but at least Starbucks has consistent service.
This Dunkin Donuts is in a good location with access to the interstate. Restaurant was clean. The store had plenty of friendly help and quick service. The coffee was hot and fresh. The food I had was freshly made.Food: 4/5

We’re all out of donuts or we don’t have any more of that kind. Always the chocolate frosted with sprinkles or chocolate frosted…here’s a concept if you’re selling out of those and people are still needing them, make more! It’s 9am and you’re open until 7pm and you’re out and I’m told won’t have more all day. What a waste!
Drive thru and inside both are always fast. Staff is always very friendly and I don't think I've ever received an incorrect order. Definitely a great location to go if you're in a hurry.Food: 5/5
I love Dunkin’ as a company, but the employees at the Brownsburg location are consistently rude. It’s unnecessary. Almost every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru, it’s a negative experience. Today, I went to get my kids some donuts and when I pulled up, the person asked what I wanted without a greeting, which doesn’t really bother me much— but as I was asking for a couple of donuts, she cut me off immediately and said, “we’re out of donuts except _____”. How difficult is it to just wait until your customer is done speaking to speak? This has happened so many times, I’m finally over it. If this keeps being the norm, I doubt this place will stay open. Literally one worker has actually been pleasant when I’ve ordered from there.
