Excellent Customer Service & Super Friendly Defly go out of their way 2 make You feel welcome. Extremely clean location. Wonderful outside fireplace, chairs, & patio. Lots of parking Handicap spots too. Enjoy bSafebHappybWell Parking: Has large lot shared with Chase Bank. Lots of spots included Handicap parking Wheelchair accessibility: *Bi-lateral AVN w/ luekiema cancer- aka double amputee with blood cancer so humbly think am qualified 2 answer the hand-CAPABLE ?'s LOL. Very Friendly 2 our community. Few examples: -Handicap parking spots upfront -Safe grip walk way -Large outside patio leads in ADA entry way -ADA no1s perfect but do more than try here Restrooms -Layout is open & easy 2 navigate. I had the worst service over a dumb cup of coffee order. I was also the only person in the restaurant. There is more cream that I expected in my coffee. I told the cashier that it was my mistake. Asked if he could pour out 1/2 then refill with coffee. Based on his bad attitude, it must have been the worst request he ever received from a customer. After a back and forth discussion, I got frustrated and offered to pay for a new cup. He finally poured a new coffee at no charge. The final straw was him returning to the register , then pointing down to the end of the counter. He told me that I could pick it up down there. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but I definitely felt it.

Came here yesterday 530pm , stood at the front counter for 10 minutes , while 2 employees stood by the drive through window chatting. Finally our order was taken lady seemed irritated that we were there. Restrooms do not work lobby was filthy, hardly anything to choose from and what we did end up purchasing was stale !!! Ugggh they need to change management and soon !

This Dunkin’ could be great and an asset to Villa Park but often the oven is broken or the espresso machine is broken or they are out of food or are randomly closed. The employee turnover seems high. You can’t count on anything at this location, except frustration.

at the drive-thru was greeted with, "what do you want". was served a hot drink at room temperature, not exaggerating at all. the pastry was thrown into a large bag with no wrapping. chocolate smeared all over the bag and was a mess. I had to request napkins as none were initially given. this was near closing time though, 8 p.m. so maybe they just wanted to get the hell out of there.

I enjoy coming to Dunkin’ Donuts but yesterday there was a worker there the young boy he had an attitude every time I asked a question like he was frustrated and he he didn’t really want to give me my coffee the way I wanted it and when I asked him for something, he was kind of rude about it Hopefully he has better days.Food: 5/5

I’m waiting five minutes at the drive-through window without being helped so I’ll pull up to the window and I see the worker on their phone and they make iContact with me and walk away to go hide inside of taking my order and doing their job. I was not helped and was ignored at the drive-through. They had just opened prior to me arriving

Went through the drive through with kids. There coffee machine was down to start with. After receiving my order and leaving I released it was wrong and didn't get some of the items and the bacon was cold.Food: 1/5

The local kids love making this place their little hangout after school. They come in like a cyclone and leave a visible trail. Kudos to the staff for keeping it as clean as they can. The staff have always been kind, generous, and respectful whenever I visit. The coffee is pretty good.

I’ve been coming here for years. Years since it open. At first this location was good. It was fast and efficient. Now in the last 3 years this place has started to become a joke. I mean the people that work there are slow. They don’t move with urgency. It’s frustrating giving them your Oder. They can’t seem to comprehend. The drive thru is a joke. Going to the front counter is a joke. They will gladly mess up. I come here a lot. I’m surprised I’ve never wrote any reviews about this place. But Saturday when I came. I had enough. I only come here because my son likes the munchkin donuts. And they always still manage to mess that order up. I tried using the app. Hoping it works wonders. It’s way worse than the employees taking your order. They have items on that app that they don’t sell at the store. Yet they still charge you for it and waste your time picking it up. This place is ridiculous. This place is a joke. Never am I ever coming here ever again. They keep hiring people who can’t comprehend Jack.
