If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Very disappointed in the quality, pricing and overall handling of our recent service. Steve is a predator taking advantage of people going through a difficult time. I can easily say he is the most horrendous person I've ever dealt with in a customer service situation, and for our family he descended to a level of unprofessional behavior like I have never seen before. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of money - choose any of the other funeral homes in the area.
