It sounds something like this..”Loved it. Surprising. Not at all what I expected for a Baptist Church. A good place to reconnect to God. Focus is on teaching the Bible in understandable ways. I like that. Really friendly people. Great music. A safe and fun place for my kids. I wish more people in Dunwoody knew.”

This. This is why I love Dunwoody Baptist Church. My family and I have been attending services here since 2017, and I joined the staff at the end of 2020. I was recently in a bad biking accident where I broke a rib and punctured my lung. This picture is just a small sample of the outpouring of love I have received from the beautiful people of this church. Not pictured are all of the emails, phone calls, text messages, meals, desserts, kid shuttles, etc. If you are looking for a church that feels like family, check us out. Watch us online, come to service and get a visitor gift, join a Sunday morning Bible study, join a weekday Bible study, or join a LifeGroup. Get involved and see God move! This church loves God, and its people DEFINITELY love people. I am so blessed to have DBC in my life; come experience this blessing yourself.
Amazing worship experience here in DBC and must visit for anyone.
What an experience! This church is family! We had such a welcoming and wonder experience on our first visit to Dunwoody Baptist Church. The pastor and all the staff go out of their way to connect with guest and helped us plug right in on Sunday morning. All spaces are updated and welcoming! Come join your new hurch home!
Almost 60 years old! This church is definitely an amazing place to start or continue your journey with God! Passionately pursuing a life like Jesus! They definitely Love God, Love People, Make a Difference and Make Disciples!
Very deceptive organization, various amounts of favoritism and drama. This place doesnt seem godly to me, just a business; key people are just lining their pockets, instead of helping people find faith and comfort.
About four years ago, we were looking for a Christian community that my family can be part of. We have been using gym, gym daycare, PMO, soccer camps, summer camps, music lessons for almost 3 years and it has truly been God sent. Our oldest boy has always been shy and had a major stranger anxiety when he was younger. Lisa and her staff went out of their way to ensure that our boy was ok and doted on him every time that he was there which made him feel special and reassured. Whilst at the daycare he developed the love of painting amongst other activities and improved his communication skills as he had speech delay. Our boys look forward to going to see Lisa especially and has been asking when they could go back. Lisa and her team are exceptional, they have always been kind, loving respectful towards me and my family.
DBC is a wonderful community church. I’ve been attending and singing in the choir for over a year. If you want a church home where you can be known and grow spiritually, check them out. Great kid’s programs, student programs, and bible studies on Sunday mornings!
