This company is short on driver's so now they are compromising student safety. A driver can let a special Ed student off at the wrong stop at nothing happens to the driver
DURHAM RECRUITERS ARE THE BEST! THEY TRAIN YOU TO BECOME A SCHOOL BUS DRIVER AND THEY GIVE YOU ALL THE TOOLS YOU WOULD NEED TO SUCCEED. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A JOB, GIVE DURHAM A TRY!
The incompetence is overwhelming. Staffed with the least professional and most inept staff I have ever encountered. No leadership. No training . I’ve seen animals behave better. Just plain pathetic. San Bernardino standard. Garbage.
We received a call today to report new times for bus pickup and drop off. The caller did not speak Spanish...luckily I was home to translate for my mom. I asked the caller if she could give me a number to call to request that someone who speaks Spanish call my mom for future calls... the caller “I only speak English.” I tried to rephrase the question, “Yes, I understand You don’t speak Spanish- is there a way to request Spanish communication?” Answer: “I don’t speak Spanish I speak English.” I rephrased my question a couple more times...same answer. Whether it’s negligence or incompetence, this person has horrible customer service skills. It’s a disgrace that someone cannot comprehend a question. If the service to have Spanish communication is not available at your company, that’s all you have to respond! Not!!! “I only speak English.” What do you want? A medal?! Horrible customer service! This phone call gives me a glimpse that non-English speaking customers, parents and students may be getting harassed or disregarded by this company. All because of this one phone call. Luckily I was home to take the call from my mother. I left a voicemail for manager Matt. Let’s see if he calls back. I will update this soon!
Whoever drives bus 19996 someone should fire her. She threatened to return to the school and that is unacceptable. She also said to turn of our phones. THE PHONES ARE USED TO COMMUNICATE WITH OUR PARENTS! SOMEONE GET HER FIRED!
The best school transportation ever and I work there the staff is awesome and very and very courteous I have always loved this place.
Exciting, a place to work, every one friendly, all workers are great. Very helping.
Their own drivers will not have their kids ride the bus because Durham School Bus Services is a JOKE!
Called to share a complaint about a driver . The phone rang about 20 times and no answer ! The driver stopped in the middle of street . Let another car pass and proceeded when it was my right of way . Who notates these calls . It’s 7 in the morning and there could of possibly been kids in the car . This is a huge infraction
