I visited the clinic 13 days ago. I had good experience, no wait time. Staff is friendly. This will be my to go to Urgent Care. Sad, I had to go to another clinic today due to the insurance frequency allowed. It's not office fault. Thank you, Dr. Allen and staff, for your kindness.

Their hours on Google maps AND on a sign outside of their room says Mon-Friday 9am-9pm. I went around 6 and they said they were closed already. Please update these hours!
This place is #AWESOME The Nursing Staff & Dr. Eugene Allen were so helpful during my visit! His analogies were on #POINT I don't want to c them anytime soon. I was so impressed w/their professionalism that I brought them some fruit & water!!! THANKS
Horrible place! I soo regret coming here! The building it's creepy! No staff only 2 nurses,no doctor on site,only thru video call..... Waited over 2 hours for that!
It's my first time visiting an urgent care facility, I always go to the hospital. From now on I will always go to Urgent care instead. We were treated with extreme kindness and urgency. We were in and out in less than an hour and everyone there showed genuine concern. Even the customer service representative were so kind. Will definitely be returning if needed and recommend to others.
Their billing department is horrible. Waited over a year for a refund. I contacted them several times over the year to follow up and just got the run around. Go somewhere else more organized. The doctor did provide good service, but I will not refer anyone to this urgent care facility.
Now at first i liked this place. But after the other day i left from my visit for my children i asured the lady doctor that my child was allergic to penicillin and she prescribed some medicine that pretty much the same thing and no I did not read because i asured her and she asured me that he would be fine because he is allergic to penicillin fine. And my baby had hives all over the next morning. I will see yall Monday morning. What was your motives? I don't get it yes im very upset.
We didn't wait long to get seen and our provider was super nice and caring.
On Saturday January 12 at 3:35pm i took my 11 month old baby to urgent care because he had a fever and was afraid he could have seizure. Nurse took us in about 1 hour and a half later and informed that yes my son had a fever and she was going to tell the doctor. A few minutes later dr felahy came in, i informed him my son had twitch a couple of times and asked if that could be sign of a seizure coming. He went ahead and checked my baby super quick ears and mouth completely ignoring my concerned. He said my baby just had a little flu and prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol. While waiting on him to write my prescription i asked the nurse if my baby’s twitching was normal, she went ahead and asked the doctor and he straight out laughed and said “it’s just because he doesn't feel good, thats why he twitches” Let me say that the nurse and the male at the front desk were witness of this stupid doctor laughing and making that comment about my baby! As soon as we got home my baby had a seizure! It was the scariest thing in my life which has me and my family that witnessed this, traumatized! The ambulance came and took my baby to the ER. It was a scary and unforgettable night to see my baby in that hospital bed and everything because this so called doctor didn't do anything when he saw my boy with a fever, he could have prevented this!! THEY DONT DESERVE NOT ONE STAR!!
