The ownership is terrible, and if you drive through the area its an eye sore. The requirements to live in the park is a joke. Better off talking to a bank for a regular home loan...10 out of 10 do Not recommend.
The place is trashed; garbage, junk, mowers sitting out while grass grows around them, dilapidated trailers sitting empty, yards not mowed for weeks, weeds over taking the entire place; homes and yards getting completely covered by weed vines, empty homes have 6 inch tree sprouts in the gutters. The manager and maintenance man drive through 2 and 3 times a day yet this place still looks awful. It's so bad, a person doesn't even have to go into the park to see how terrible it looks. One can just drive around the outside on the road and see the huge amount of junk, bags of garbage, over grown grass, plywood, refrigerator sitting outside an empty home for weeks. It looks disgusting from every angle.
This trailer home park is very quiet & 99% of the lots are very well kept. The people that I've met that live in the park are friendly. I enjoy living here, the manager here is very professional, helpful and caring. There is a neat play ground right in the park for the kids in this fenced in community. The complete opposite of my past experience in a different trailer park I last lived in near here. Dutch Harbor is a nice place to call "home sweet home"~
Lease says that we will receive our bill 10 days before the due date yet most of the time we receive it less than that and sometimes less than a week. This place expects us to keep our end of it yet they do what they want
Beautiful homes. Nice people that live in the area. Was there for a Birthday party. Well kept lawns.
Yuck and they have people with felonies against children who live there and that says enough for me
Great hotel with clean rooms located downtown so can walk and enjoy the preserved buildings and architecture.
Visiting client, generally looks unkept
A nice little neighborhood conveniently located to stores and service stations.
Nice comunity of people living in a fenced in trailer park
