DVJahn provides free delivery, setup, and demonstration of all ordered medical equipment for the clients at their residence or facility. Our delivery personnel will answer all questions and ensure that the product fits the patient’s environment. Follow-up visits may also be scheduled to ensure continued satisfaction.

Our company support line (847)573-1908 is printed on all equipment, marketing tools, retail boxes, and user guidebooks so that patients know how to reach us. This support line is always answered by a knowledgeable and caring customer service person during our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm daily. For those with respiratory problems, this line is open 24/7, with prompt delivery and/or repair within 60 minutes.
