My name is Dwayne E. Rogers. I am an agency owner at Farmers Broomall and I've been with Farmers for two years. I've worked in the insurance/financial industry for eighteen years, twelve of which have been in sales. My insurance and financial backgrounds also include; claims adjuster, small group underwriter, premium analyst, and working in the contracts department. I spent three years selling Life insurance while working out of Marlton New Jersey, and also worked for GMAC in the title insurance dept.
Prior to my career in the insurance industry, I served 6 years in the US Air Force as an avionic technician working on F/EF-111 jet planes following my father who was a career Army Veteran of 20 years. As a child we moved up and down the east coast from North Carolina to Northern New Jersey. We also spent 4 years on the Southern tip of Spain in the City of Cadiz. As for my military tour of duty, I did my basic training at Lackland AFB, San Antonia TX. My technical training school was at Lowry AFB, Denver Colorado and my first duty assignment was Upper Heyford, UK, where I spent four years making it to the rank of Buck Sergeant (E-4).
My career in the military taught me many things, one of the most important being the true meaning of service. I am dedicated to serving this community to the best of my ability and hope to be looked toward, as a resource for insurance and financial needs.
My family and I have lived in Philadelphia since 1992 and I promise to treat your goals and desires the same as I would that of my wife, Jena, and my nine year old daughter, Harlem. While I am new to the area, I look forward to making Broomall my second home.
