7/17/16 - Overall: Terrible. The service was bad from the start, they were rude and would speak in hushed whispers around us. However, the salon itself is very beautiful on the inside. The woman who did my manicure took clippers to trim any hang nails and actually cut off part of my nail that she had painted. After having my nails done I was initially really excited, enough so to ignore the part she broke and bad service, but then within three days my nails started chipping the color. My friend who also had her nails done, had the paint chipping off her fingers the next day. Edit: 7/22/16 I returned to the nail salon and the women who helped me today we're much friendlier and kinder than the previous staff. I was informed the woman who did my nails only works here on Sunday, and that the particular polish brand had been causing problems with chipping. Therefore if you decide to come I recommend getting the gel polish as they said they haven't had any problems with it. They immediately sat me down and repaired my broken nail - no wait time, and then afterwards redid all of my friends nails in a new color. Both were free of charge as a way to remedy our previous poor service. They do not give refunds.

My dip lasted 3 days. THREE DAYS. Every other dip I’ve ever had lasted 18-21 days. I paid $55. I don’t think I need to say more. There are enough stations for 20 nail techs and yet there were 3 on a busy Sunday. It was depressing. My manicure was terrible. He went at my cuticles in bite sizes. Painful. Why 2 stars and not 1? Because they were personal and showed an interest in making sure the customers knew they weren’t forgotten and they were next in line. Just don’t.

I wonder why they told me they close at 7 when it shows they close at 8. If it was cutting it too close… fully understood but you don’t have to lie.

Only one tech can do ombre. If you dont specifically ask for her your nails will come out awful to the point where u have to go back and request they take them off. Definitely learned my lesson. I wont ever be back. This review wont allow me to add a photo or I would.

Love this place! I came here while visiting from out of town, and I had a dip manicure, and it’s of such excellent quality. I was getting a set taken off from a different salon, and I could immediately tell the difference in attention to detail and quality.
