Bronx New York !!!! Terrible customer service. Only because we need the clothes for a funeral we buy them . shirts, jackets , 3 pants. We expended a couple of $$$$ Giving 2 stars 1 because we founded parking 1 because I used the bathroom. Never again will be visiting this store.!!
Best store ever. Emily is polite, helpful, and has a great personality. I somehow always arrive 10 minutes before closing and she is always pleasant. Coming in earlier next time I promise.
I wish I had discovered this place sooner! My size teeters between XL and XXL depending on the brand. They have plenty of 1XL items that fit me better than any brand I’d find anywhere else. Great clean well stocked store with very friendly staff!
We were sent here by Macys bcuz my ex husband is very fluffy. We just needed a quick outfit for the day. We were helped by Christopher who was beyond nice & helpful, got everything we needed & out the door. Loved the service here & will be returning for more merchandise. Thanks a lot Christopher

When I walked through the door I was warmly greeted. The sales associate was very helpful finding me the right fit for my jeans. DXL is the only place I can find clothes that fit me and is reasonably priced.
Scarsdale Location was on point with what I have needed the few times I’ve been there. Whatever they don’t have, just do the on-line purchases now that I know what works for me.
Needed a large umbrella. Paid $18 for it stopped raining before i could use it..
I found what I wanted online, tho the inventory was short an item, salesmen was very nice, tho very busy, he may have been working alone. I quickly made my purchases and was on my way. Great staff and store.
When I walked into the store I was greeted by a mature gentleman, who directed me to another sales person Chris. He took the time to show my son several nice suits. I really appreciate the level of care he took, because this suit is for one very important day in my son’s life. Easy one stop shopping for my 6’2” baby. Thank you. Donna
