Great staff. Very helpful. Will definitely continued to shop there. Only negative is if you buy something online and return it to the store it’s not a quick and easy task. The store manager was able to get it done for me. He was really good.
Let me just say, again, Hands down. AMAZING store, yes it's priced higher, and the sales, clearance, and website certs for the buying club are worth it. JOIN!! My oldest son needs love too, and at 6'3", and a 4XLT to 6XLT. They have it. He also has only a 29 to 30 inch inseam!! Have you EVER had to shop for that? And a 15.5 foot!! His first visit was in Sept with his wife for a wedding. They are from Tampa, FL now and he needed some stuff. Seth, I believe was his name had them taken care of and cracking up the whole time. Hard to do, but my son and his wife raved about him! I love even more they have a store by him, so I order online too and he goes there Sadly, our next visit was due to a funeral a couple of weeks ago. Unplanned and let me tell you. On a Sunday afternoon, 1.29.23. 1 person worked with 5 clients, and she gave all her attention to each group 100%. Her name is Rachel and wow!! They need to make sure she stays! As a woman, working a man's store she did hands down amazing. Yes, I spent close to 1K!! But this was jeans, shirts, shorts, shoes, jackets, and hoodies. I knew it would be more! Let me stress. Great clothes, 6'4" 4XLT to 7XLT!! My son deserves to look. good too. My son loves their stuff to this day. I will always put money into good places. Let me just say he got his birthday gifts early this year, and it was well worth it. I will stress again, Hands down. I observed her take care of multiple clients with full attention and care equally. Listening to them. Yes, I was in sales for 20 years, this young lady did SPIN and Socratics methods to ensure the CLIENTS' needs were fully met. Not she THOUGHT they wanted. But what they NEEDED. YES, I am writing corporate too. Everyone deserves a round of applause when due.

From the moment I walked in Seth assisted my every need in a very polite and professional manner. The prices are high but that's what you get when additional fabric is needed for the larger sizes. They have Royals and Chiefs gear which a bonus, it's hard to find really large sizes in the box chain stores. Definitely will be going back!
Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Very welcoming right when you walk in and very knowledgeable. Well worth driving the 2 and half hours to the store. Makes my trips to KC worth every penny.
Great customer service! The employees are always so ready and willing to be of service! Always fast and speedy at check out as well! This place is great for teens with big feet even if they aren’t big the wide shoes work great if sized down! Thanks again for a good experience! Love the large size socks!
