Dycus DDS, MAGD --MAGD is professional designation within the Academy of General Dentistry beyond Fellowship, Mastership reflects a general dentist's ongoing commitment to provide quality care through continuing education. Dr. Dycus has his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. He is Regional Director for the Academy of General Dentistry and Trustee of the Tennessee Dental Association.

Richard Dycus, DDS and his wife Patty Dycus Ph.D. Chemical Engineering were married in 1982. They have one daughter Megan Elizabeth Dycus who is a medical student at the Quillen School of Medicine, ETSU. They have one son William (called Will) is a student in the Putnam Co. School System. They attend Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ.
