I had my teeth cleaned by Kim today. She is always good. I had two small cavities. They had an opening with Brad, whom I go to each time. He was very efficient and filled them in a short time. No pain. I won't need to come back now until March when I get another cleaning. Very good experience. Sherry
My boys go here and have really enjoyed the treatment they receive. They make sure the kids are comfortable and not traumatized. It's nice to feel that even a child's opinion is valued at an appointment. Kim is our favorite hygienist and Dr. Cao is one of the best dentists I've ever encountered. Really hoping to get the whole family moved to Dynamic once insurance gets figured out.
My daughter and I had appointments and we received the best care! My daughter is 5 years old and is a little nervous about going to the dentist. The staff were so kind and patient with her. Kayla and Dr. Cao were wonderful!
Our family enjoys going to Dynamic Dental. Courtney at the desk is always SO helpful with my MANY questions and is always patient with me. She is quick to answer my questions and very knowledgable about anything I ask her. The hygentists and dentists are great as well.
Disappointed this time. Hygienist did well, as always. Had concerns over a filling falling out and was assured that I'd be fine until I could be seen. Fine, but the first available appointment wasn't until December. Asked to be put on a call list. 2 hours later the filling fell out. The filling was for a front tooth and I'm feeling rather embarrassed.
Love this office! All of my children go here and they have always been so wonderful! I highly recommend!
6K tossed away & two years wasted with Invisalign. Visited 2 separate dentist offices/orthodontists before this review. Both said the same thing. None of my teeth have been straightened since the start. When mentioned. My concerns are ignored and blown off. 74 trays later and still no change. Been without a permanent tooth for 2 years as well. Out of the 5 total offices I called, all said that should have been the first thing addressed. Was extremely patient the entire time & never once rude with any staff. Everyone said 7-10 trays would likely be the amount needed if restarted. None of my requests were ever followed.
Called in with a toothache that I had for three days, the got me in the same day and got my problem solved. VERY friendly staff and considerate of my needs. Love this place
Everyone was so amazing and nice, and made my little girl comfortable and she had the best experience that I could of hoped for.
Amazing experience all the way around. The receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentist were SO kind, thorough, and clear in their explanations. They give options for your dental cleanings, work, and payment options.
