Absolutely garbage place to work. Don't ever get sick and take time off, they'll straight up fire you over it. Don't believe their air quality reports about the shop. It's literally filled with smog. I had to wear a respirator to prevent breathing issues. They don't care about anything other than profits, and productivity numbers. Breaks are short and do not include walking time. 1/10 place to work. Would not recommend, even to someone I disliked. They also incentivize 5-star reviews, so yeah, all that positivity is paid for.

I’ve been working at Multimatic for a couple months and I must say it’s an awesome company to be apart of! It’s a bit overwhelming at first yes, however you are well supported by your fellow colleagues, team leads and management staff. I really enjoy working with my coworkers and everyone is so friendly and positive! The company takes well care of its employees, benefits are great, pay is more than fair and I see a lot of opportunity to grow alongside this quickly growing company.

I have been working for the company for over 4 years and I can say that this is one of the best company that I worked for.
