DYO at Blend Cafe

Blend is great…until it isn’t. Today it was pretty bad. This is that burnt piece of a cast iron skillet, pan, or flat top that’s found in the burger…. Likely on top of the burger, in between the Philly steak toppings and burger. Biting into it was not pleasant. My tooth cracked. I wish I hadn’t spent $30 bucks. I loved their burgers before this experience.

All the way around amazing experience! The drinks, appetizers, and burgers were beyond 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one. We will definitely be back.

This Philly Cheese Steak was so so so good. I wished it came in different lengths. The flavors pop and the meat is thick and tender, not like traditional Philly steak meat. Fry sandwich ratio don't add up. Customer service was a cool dude.

Nice little spot! Mark was awesome, great service, drinks were good and food was fresh and delicious! We had the steak fries for an appetizer, which you can actually have for a meal and the Western burger which we split thankfully. We'll definitely be back

The bbq chicken was great! Unfortunately my.kids order didnt arrive with fries and the seafood boil areived without corn or potatoes. They just sent a bag of salty shrimp. Super disappointed.

I was told about this place from a coworker. So glad I got the referral. O. M. G. Big fat juicy YUMMY burger. It tastes amazing. I ordered the Western. Perfect amount of everything, bacon, bbq sauce, cheese. Just perfect. The fries are DYNAMITE! I ordered the food and it was fresh, hot, and ready when I arrived. I will be returning, and spreading the word about this gem.

We were walking the pups several weeks ago and just happened upon this place. It isn't that far from our house but we had no idea it existed. Nice patio, nice staff, really well-priced. This was our second visit. Love it!

The atmosphere, food, and service was incredible! Our bartender/server, Ivan, was polite, kind, and informative. Made the visit such a positive and memorable experience! And the food...ABSOLUTELY delicious. We had the shrimp boil and the el sandwich and they were fantastic! Definitely making this a regular stop whenever in Chicago Highly recommend!

Super chill spot, all the burgers I've tried are amazing!

We tried this place because it was close to our home and great reviews. Not disappointed! Ivan walked us through the history of the place, made recommendations, and was so genuine and enthusiastic- we asked if he owned the place. LOL- he didn’t but spoke of it so proudly! Great burgers, great fries. Will go back for the seafood broil. Highly recommend.
