We were so fortunate to have met Erodio Diaz. As a realtor he helped us find the right property in the the right location for a great price. He was very patient and helped guide us along the entire process of buying a commercial property until the deal was finalized. We are eternal grateful to him for helping us obtain exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a residential or commercial property.
My experience with Erodio Diaz was top notch. He provided the best service and attitude. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
Unprofessional... E.Diaz was recommended by a family member, he made me pay him 100$ for consultation and stated that if I purchased a house with him he will add them to my closing cost but if I didn't he will keep them. Right there it was a red flag. But instead I proceeded the process with him and it was completely disappointing. He had an agent by the name of Grisel look for houses for me. Three weeks after bank approval went by and she couldn't get me a single appointment, she was rude and it was obvious she was not interested in finding me a home. I went to Erodio and he said word for word " we have other clients, we schedule you when we can, sounds like you want everything on your own time and if she hasn't scheduled you it must be your fault...he was completely rude and offensive. He kept $100 because he didn't want his time wasted but then he was wasting my time, me calling out of work when the young lady said she will show me houses a certain day and not do so. The same houses I picked out for her to show me I showed another Realestate agent and was able to book me an appointment right away. Erodio is rude, not professional and earned 100$ from me for doing absolutely nothing. He was rude and offensive and everyone should be careful because no one is better than anyone else and if you have a client you should treat that client as you treat all your other clients. They are working for you and you are paying them just like his other clients
