Welcome to E. L. Menk Jewelers, located in historic downtown Brainerd. We are happy to present you with a wide selection of high-quality jewelry and accessories at prices that you will love. Our selection includes beautiful bracelets, necklaces, and rings that are as classic and unique as you are.

If you have a specific jewelry item that you would like, we can create unique jewelry for you in our in workshop using diamonds and colored gems from your collection or our large selection of individual loose diamonds and colored gem stones.

In our jewelry workshop we not only create fine jewelry, we perform quality repairs and maintenance to keep you items looking like new.

Best Locally owned jewelry store in the Lakes Area. Great selection for both Men and Women. From the friendly, knowledgeable staff, to the elegantly decorated window scapes in the front of the store. This place is top notch! I highly recommend for all your jewelry and watch needs.
Excellent customer service. My ring was custom designed and everything I wanted. I go in to have the settings checked and my rings cleaned on a regular basis and I am always treated with courtesy and a smile. A bonus is they are locally owned and operated. I would highly recommend shopping for your jewelry here.
The selection was minimal and over priced. Nobody bothered to take out any rings for us to try on. I thought maybe it was their policy. We ended up going to the mall Riddles and had a completely different experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned my jewelry while I looked around and tried on rings. They were so helpful, so joyful, and so happy to help. Night and day difference from EL Menk. I wish I never would have gone to EL Menk to begin with. My fiancé bought my engagement ring there so I was hoping to exchange it, but my experience was so bad that we called the owner and asked for our money back. He said I tried on several rings for several hours. I was shocked. Didn’t try on one ring at his store. Perhaps he had me confused with somebody else. But without a doubt I would never visit his store again. I also can’t believe what the owner posted after my review and how he mentioned my fiancés financial situation. Tacky, tacky, tacky. I was the first to write a review on the store and then noticed several other positive reviews popping up the next day. Makes me wonder. There are many other options in the area. Riddles at the mall is amazing. Bridget’s is another good one. And Carsons up in Nisswa is great too. Don’t forget about the handful of jewelry stores in St. Cloud. I would never do business with EL Menk.
I appreciated the great "no pressure" staff. Mary was patient and very knowledgeable as I looked for the perfect chocolate diamond. I found it at E.L. Menk Jewelers! And Ed is always fun to chat with.

They did an excellent job resizing my grandmother’s ring for me! I’m looking forward to going back in the near future to pick out a wedding band to go with it!
I really enjoyed the service and how flexible they are with layaway and helping customer find qhat thwy want and qithin price range. They also stand behind their jewelery, which is more then I can say for some jewelers.
