These guys are awesome. I’ve been going in and out of their shop for the last 4 years when I come up to VA on the weekends and they always come through with something that I needed or didn't know I needed! And they don’t participate in the price gouging that others shops do when ever we have a buying frenzy. 10/10 recommend these guys.
Today I called seeking repair/replacement of the firing pin in my old HR .410 88JR but yet again, another local business in Small Town, USA is forced to function far below their superb abilitiy, "due to extenuating circumstances", courtesy of the "Plan-demic". But they should never underestimate the strength and INTEGRITY of small business owners like E.S.R. Firearms. They had no openings but still provided me their excellent services via "instructions" over the phone AND...at NO CHARGE.
Great customer service, excellent selection of guns, ammo, and accessories at very fair prices. Truly glad to have them in the community.
Needed a AR bolt that I was sure no one around would have? It was a odd ball Caliber. Sure enough Ramey had it in stock at an excellent price. They will be getting a lot of my business.

Was expecting to come in here and have the pleasure of dealing with friendly staff as promised in the reviews, but was completely disappointed. Aside from the fact that no one was wearing masks or gloves during a pandemic, we were asked if we needed help, as we were looking for a stun gun for self defense. We told the woman who asked us what we were looking for, to which she replied, “you do know stun guns are $400, right?” And looked us up and down condescendingly. She was referring to a military/police grade taser, and when the name on the box proved her wrong, she rolled her eyes and was rude before walking away. The older gentleman behind the counter was rude as well, and the only reason I ended up purchasing a stun gun from them is because they were the only option in the area. Good prices and good options aren’t worth being treated like garbage. I won’t be back, and I’ll spread the word to go elsewhere.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They help you find what your looking for and they will order what you want if they don't have it in stock. Very competitive prices.
