Ridiculous. We put $40 worth of gas on our way out & it took 30 minutes to pump into our car. Not only that, the customer service of the inside was absolutely rude. Don’t stop here & keep driving to the next location.
Wow... not impressed. The way I was just treated by the lady behind the counter. If you're not happy working here quit! I tried to say hi and be nice but she was so bitter and huffed and puffed. I'm a local....I feel really bad for our tourist that bring business into our town to have her as any type of impression of our city! 3/29/2019 @ 7:25pm. Had to give one star just to be able to give a review. Won't stop here again...
If I could give this place a zero I would have! People come to Branson because of the Entertainment and Hospitality of the city, it’s always above par apparently EZ Center didn’t get that memo. Just ended my night with a show at Dixie Stampede and we loved it! We have 3 kids and went to the late show so at this point we were exhausted! Our son needed some milk so we stopped at the first place we saw and decided to go ahead and grab a little gas. When entering the establishment the gentlemen behind the counter didn’t greet and seemed to hate his whole existence. Grabbed my milk and walked to the counter with a smile! I used my debit/credit card and when the guy asked which I was using I said credit! He replied when it asks hit “no” in which I thought he said “1”! Now every machine in the world is different hit green, yellow, back arrow, cancel but apparently not 1! Upon hitting 1 it asked for my PIN number and I was using my husbands card so I panicked! I told the attendant and he freaked out! At first I thought he was kidding so I apologized and Smiled sincerely but when his face looked as if he could punch me I knew he wasn’t kidding! He reiterated I’d locked up his system and muttered what I imagine wasn’t the greatest compliment. He repeated he’d told me to hit “no” like 4 times and I admitted I wasn’t fully listening and apologized again! He didn’t accept it and told me how I locked up the system and huffed and puffed and tried to ruin my great mood! I decided I’d just try a pin it could be and it worked! I told him it worked and grabbed my stuff. I’m pretty sure I told him he didn’t have to be d/<€ and grabbed my stuff! He almost ruined my night until I walked into my car to my kids telling me what a great night they’d had! I realize if I’d stopped and read or listened better I would have had at least a 1 star experience but he could’ve not been jerk! Like I said either way this place gets a 1 star because an unpleasant worker that doesn’t say more than my total isn’t much better than the jerk that tried to steal my joy! Not today dude, Not today!
Wide array of items to shop for including candy, snacks, and liquor. But the hygienic quality of the bathroom is below sub par.
No public restroom not clean!
A great place to stay as it is near to my work place I always visit this store and I have a good experience. The staff is also very friendly
