Excellent climate-controlled storage facility. Well maintained. Easy 24-hour access. The app was simple to use, worked every time with no glitches, and prevented the need for a padlock because the units are securely locked and unlocked through the app. When it was time to move out, we emptied the unit, took a picture, emailed it in, and everything was complete. We wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.
It was super easy to get my unit and now that they’ve changed the lock system it is so easy to just run up there and do what I need. The unit was cleaned and ready the day I needed it. I definitely recommend!

I rented two storage units at the Port. Neches location for 11 months. I checked on my furniture and other stored items from time to time and never had any problems. The facility was always extremely clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility.
The owners are super nice. Excellent place to store your belongings. I don't have to worry about it getting broke into and my things stolen because it is gated really good as well as doors locked..
It was very easy to change to a smaller unit. The person we spoke was very helpful.
Very clean, bug free. Staff VERY helpful, nice and some all around comical. I highly recommend this place. Prices are also very reasonable. I enjoy the fact that there is no access to units when staff is not present.
Very secure place to store your belongings. All units are climate controlled and clean. This is not a 24hr facility so be sure to notice business hours.
Super helpful my in laws were getting there stuff out after they repaired there house and the lady helping us was very patient and helpful when we couldn’t remember the combination.
