Eagle Eye Networks is a great partner that we love working with. Between them and their reseller network, they have a great product and customer service team that is timely and knowledgeable!
One of the things I value most about Eagle Eye Networks is its customer service. Every time I call for support, I get support. I don’t have to wait in a queue – a live person answers the phone. I install Eagle Eye’s cloud VMS in a lot of cities and municipalities that might be using their system in a jail or police station, and they can’t afford for cameras to be down. Plus, I have a small staff and limited time, so Eagle Eye's quick, responsive support is incredibly valuable.
Amazing. For smaller companies without SEO/etc... budgets, this service effectively gets the ball rolling and builds confidence for our customers who use social media as a vetting tool. They followup, are responsive and don't "just" put you on a que but are expedient in taking action. We are delighted with their service.
Constant innovation, always with the idea of improving the customer experience, makes Eagle Eye the go-to product when our clients ask for video security systems.
A "security" company making employees BYOD bring your own device, no company laptops or security policy. They also love to play bait-and-switch with prospective employees: advertising a job opening as fully remote, then stating in the interview that the position is in the office full-time, THEN insulting the applicant when they point out the discrepancy. Don't trust your security footage with such dishonest people.
Worst company worst management worst service worst everything EVER! Absolutely 0 ethics These are some of the biggest crooks in Austin texas DO NOT WORK or get service from these people I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
Complete scam artists and their employees are grungy and unkempt I recommend going anywhere but here
Can't recommend software engineers interviewing with them. They will string you along through 3+ rounds of interviews, and then completely pass you over for asking for an update. "Pavan and the team are undergoing an internal review of your candidacy as I mentioned yesterday. I let them know that you followed up and they decided it would be best to move on. We appreciate your time and consideration and wish you well in your future endeavors." Have no consideration for applicant's time. After a more in depth review of other employee experiences, I think I dodged a bullet. Rather horrifying. Provides very interesting insights into quality of product, culture, environment.
