Beware!! Worst experience and lender ever!! They made the process of buying a house the worst. They have been working on my loan since April. It was contingent upon my wife selling her car and paying off her debt. She did both sold her car and paid her debt. The loan officer Aaron did not answer our phone calls or emails. We stayed on top of the process and he was the so careless and not professional. They sent us 4 disclosures and every time I found mistakes on it and would inform them to fix it. We were supposed to close on Monday, August 24th, 2020. Aaron called us last night 2 days before closing at 10:30pm to let us know that they did not approve the loan. This is advice for everyone to be aware from their service, and the unprofessional employees. DON’T DEAL WITH THEM. I wish the managers or stakeholders would contact me to let them know what is going on, but I doubt that. BE CAREFUL and reach out to me to let you know how bad is the experience. WE WILL NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THEM.
