Bad service and customer service starting with the owner. They deserve 0 stars not worth going there and waisting your money save your time and look somewhere else place is dirty bathroom is messy and stinks . I seen a roach walk by me as I was using the restroom. SO DISGUSTING they should close this place down
My mom and I went here today it’s my second time We both got pedis & i came to fix my gel polish on my fingers because i had gone to another nail place and they did them terribly. We both loved our pedis on the other hand the gel on my finger nails sucked i believe it was the owner who did them. She was in to much of a rush all of the edges are missing paint they still have orange from my previous mani and she got top coat on the side of some of my fingers. Now i know who not to go to, again I loved my pedi and i will only be back for the lady who did my pedicure but for the other one just take your time if you want clients to keep coming back! I already had a bad experience just to come here for my finger nails to look bad as well cute design though. Btw my toe nail was chipped and my pedicurist fixed it, and it looks great !
I've been a loyal customer here for more than 5 years. This is the only place I go to because there prices are great and the ladies are the sweetest. BUT my recent experience was horrible. I left the salon so infuriated and annoyed. I always get a basic gel pedicure but this time a new lady did my pedicure and she's one of the new ladies Gina just hired. I came to get my toe nails done and RELAX....this lady was talking on the phone the ENTIRE time. Mind you, she was on the phone before she worked on me nails. I dont care if something comes up and you have to pick up the phone BUT if you are going to talk on the phone the entire time AND dismiss me when i ask three times to cut the sides of my toe nails because you are too busy talking then I'm going somewhere else to do my business. Gina the owner was there the entire time but she didnt seem to mind this lady talking on the phone. I feel bad becuase the ladies are so nice but it's annoying when you can't even relax when you're paying.
I've been coming here for years. Gina and her team does an amazing job. Always take care to get my ingrown toenails out and very reasonable prices too. Recommend to make an appointment if you don't want to wait too long

I always go to gina for my acrylic nails. She leaves my nails beautiful and i never experience premature lifting or falling off. my nails last a very long time. The only downside is that the quality of work is not consistent. Gina is amazing but not all her girls are as skilled as her. They are way cleaner than most nail salons out there and like professionals have their license on display.
