We came into this store so excited for some fall decorations. We had two things to return. We asked a young man if we could possibly have them held in the front while we shop. He said surely, asked the for a name to put it under, and said to just to tell the cashier the name when you’re ready to check out. What a gent. It’s too bad that when we got to our cashier, Barbara W. our experience was not as nice as the friendly young man we first ran into. We said we have two things back here to return and the name is under “...”. Before even checking for our two returns she says “things, what things? How should I know what you need to return” we replied, a blanket and a pillow the young man said to just give the name” she looked and apparently didn’t find anything. Her co-worker, Lisa B. to our surprise also not very pleasant to deal with. We explained further they are in bags. Her reply was “why would we put them in bags!?” We explained ever further, they are in the same bags we purchased them in. At this point their voices were raised and my girlfriend had finally called them out on being rude. A surprised Barbara W. Said “how!?” In a turn of fate, Lisa B. found the bags and said “sorry we have a lot of returns” I’m sure there were a lot of returns under “Sophie”. We were quiet the rest of the time checking out. Store number 179541, you’ll be glad to know that the young teenager in your store is the reason for the 2 star review, because if it wasn’t for him the experience with your two older cashiers would have earned 1 star.
Every visit is as new adventure. This store is one of the larger ones, it has a great selection, and is well-organized. Update: They still have tons of cool stuff and every visit is different but during Christmas, the organization goes out the window. They cram so much stuff on the shelves and in every aisle that it's almost impossible to move.
This location is dangerous. It is so big with so many options. I have had a little luck with clothing here. But my big hits have been in the furniture and kitchen areas! I love the way everything with kitchen is organized by color. Their accessories are fun, and reasonably priced. It's always busy, people wait outside before opening. Make sure to plan at least an hour so you can wander each and every aisle multiple times!
Clean,orderly displays. This location can use more floor help. Isles a bit tight at least for the carts provided. One customer almost tripped me with her cart, didn't even say "sorry". A bit wider isles may have avoided.
Wonderful store! So many things to look at! From clothes to everything for your home! Love the variety! And all the choices! I could spend 4 hours in this store and never see everything! I'll shop there often! Just moved here from out of state.great place to shop! Such fun!!!
This store generally has a better inventory than some of the other locations, so we go here often. Even when busy, the checkout is efficient. Selection changes so always something new and many good quality items.
Really nice customer service reps throughout the store helping out. Checkout line was long but they have a nice system so it moves quickly. Pleasant experience at this location.
Addictive store. Nice jewelry, especially baby and kids earrings. Sometimes, they offer very nice skincare at bargain price. We particularly love their active wear selection.
Love HomeGoods! Today's visit was especially awesome because someone allowed a small boy and his dog fluffiest dog I have EVER seen into the store which was enough of a scene for everyone to watch- as we were walking out something shattered on the floor. We looked back to see the largest pot in the store in pieces, the boy, horrified, and the dog as happy and fluffy as ever- still wagging his tail.
Loved the store. So many items and so much to look at. You have to know your prices, but they have some good ones. Found several items that I was looking for. Stop in, can't believe how much they have!
