Absolutely love this place. This is a true lumber and hardware store. They stock things you need for working on your house including stuff you can't typically find at the mass produced, big box stores like HD/Lowes. Went for key copies, a few drivers, and some painting supplies. Will definitely back for all of my lumber needs, too.

They have a lot of stuff that's right for older houses. Also, they will cut plywood to approximate size. They stock Baltic Birch 5x5 panels in several thicknesses, as well as other shop grade 4x8 sheets. They have a lot of moldings and trim, as well as select Doug fir. Another key thing is that they stock all-heart redwood in all common 2x widths, and 4x4s, and 1x in many widths. You can't get that at Depot, but it's key to making quality outdoor projects.

Local business that my family has frequented since the 80's. Friendly and helpful, and if you're stuck on a project, they have good suggestions. They might not have the selection of a big box store, but they make up for that in their customer service. Support your local businesses!

This business poses a health risk to neighbors, pedestrians, animals, the homeless AND the public at large by spreading lye outside their property as a homeless deterrent. All businesses have a responsibility to their community, and this one fails to grasp that. Get your wood somewhere else.

If you need an odd size piece of plywood this is the place. It's like asking neighbor to help you. They'll cut it to size for a small charge and you only pay for what you need! Beat that Home Depot !

Convenience and very helpful staff defines this place.I love the fact that they sell antiques and the fact the this whole place is like a time capsule.

Always stupidly expensive. Liquid nails are 2.25 at Walmart. Here 6$. And the tube was dried out.
