My experience at Eagle Smiles Dentistry was wonderful! I found the staff knowledgeable, professional, experienced, informative and very pleasant. They explained every procedure succinctly & in understandable language and checked on comfort status frequently. I feel like I received a most thorough dental exam & treatment. Dr. Rodgers and Danela were “outstanding” and I would highly recommend them and Eagle Smiles Dentistry!!!

I had neglected my dental health for longer than I  want to admit. Till I  suffered all one night...and all of a sudden...it was a priority! I contacted a few offices but even though I  was in tremendous pain, nobody had an opening. Thank goodness, I  called Eagle Smiles and they made an appointment for the same day. I nearly cried, I was so happy...and believe me....seeing a dentist has never been something that brought me joy..  I was treated with respect and kindness ...they removed the offensive tooth and we set about getting me scheduled to have a new bridge made and was so happy with the results, I scheduled another small bridge for the other side. I'm happy to say my health and attitude have improved tremendously and I have been on a regular cleaning schedule and actually enjoy seeing all the sweet faces on my regular visits.  Thank you Eagle Smiles for making time for me. Youve gained a new patient!!!

Sarah, their hygienist was skilled, observant and gentle during my visit with her. She knew the procedure and what questions to ask. I felt good about the cleanliness of the office and the cheerfulness of the employees. I’ll always go there.

I had been going to this dentist since freshman year in high school.4+ years They originally had an amazing dentist but she left and after that the care became worse. My family ended up staying for convenience but every visit made us certain we would never come back after our scheduled appointments were finished. The first issue I had was that they would force their views onto us. I don’t care what you like politically but on more than 2 occasions the dentist would say things about his politics while having a drill in your mouth. I don’t find that to be great service especially when he made my family feel unsafe if we were to state any other political view. The other thing that was the final straw for me was that they very clearly insinuated that the reason i had bad dental hygiene was because i’m fat and ate junk food even when i would explain I don’t eat lots of sugary things because i can’t. I suffer from multiple medical conditions that prevent me from drinking soda and eating anything not healthy, besides the occasional after school snack 2-3 times a week, so that would not have been a reason. They also started to do very poor work near the end of us coming there. My mom had to have a bridge fixed because they messed up and they insisted it would be free, besides the initial checkup, but ended up making her pay for everything. The work was also poor quality and has since broken again even though she takes proper care of her teeth. The same goes for my fillings, at least two of the ones i can see have have completely different color than my teeth and when asking them about it they said they won’t be able to fix their mistake unless i paid for an entirely new filling. I do not recommend coming here especially if you have any sort of mental health issues or have poor dental health. I don’t know if they were just treating us with poor care because they could tell we didn’t share the same views or if they noticed we planned to not continue coming back but the way they treated us was not okay in the slightest.

I was seeing a different dentist that I really had no issues with, but I had such an overly pleasant experience in this office that I find it to be worth my half hour drive from Caldwell. The front office ladies were extremely pleasant, the dental assistant that took my X-rays was super sweet, and the dentist, Scott Thompson, was completely non-judgemental, and not pushy. He explained things to me, gave me my options, and another lovely girl there contacted my insurance companies and provided pricing transparency with my proposed procedures. He respected my treatment decisions no questions asked. I highly recommend coming here for any dental needs!

Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to. I had to have a tooth pulled and have had horrible dental experiences. Not only was the front office staff friendly and knowledgeable, but Dr. Thompson and Danela were amazing. Dr. Thompson was hilarious, personable and professional. But he also knew what he was doing. Had my nerves behaved better, it would have been a simple procedure  Nonetheless, he got the job done. I absolutely love this office and highly recommend to everyone

The whole staff at Eagle smiles Dentistry is friendly and helpful. I've been going there for years and the staff has gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and understand what needs to be done. I drive out of my way for the excellent  service I get.  I have had to get a lot of repairs done. So if you need those teeth cleaned or repaired this is the place to be.

Amazing staff ! They are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Great quality of care ! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I loved my experience at this dentist. I was so nervous about getting my mouth looked at because of previous bad dentist experiences but here was not like the others. The dentists and the assistants were so nice and calming. Bailey was the assistant and so sweet and reassuring with all the procedures I needed and took the time to explain it all to me and share with me all my options.

This is hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a few procedures that I would consider “out of the ordinary” done here. Absolutely no judgements, just quality dental care. Everything is communicated professionally but in a way I understood, with options laid out in a thorough manner. I know two people who commute 2+ hours to this office because it is unmatched. Thank you for everything!
