We were camping at Texas State Parks at Possum Kingdom and were having problems with our stereo on the boat cutting out. The previous boat owner had installed the stereo, so we knew nothing about it. We called Randy at Eagle Sound to see if they could take a look at it for us. He came out the next day, arrived at the exact time he said he would. He diagnosed our problem within 15 minutes. He was able to fix it right there on the marina. We were thrilled with his service. Definitely knew his stuff. I just wish I could get service like this in my home town.
Always helpful. Randy really knows what he is talking about. I just don't trust my stuff to anyone because I'm capable of doing a lot of my own stuff, but I have left wife's new Mustang there for a stereo upgrade. They also do a lot more than just stereo systems. Stop in and check them out, you won't be sorry!

Had a new sound system installed in my truck. Did a outstanding craftsmanship and would recommend you call his mobile phone number for a appointment, TODAY.
I received a car radio for Christmas that was purchased at another retail business. It was thought by the person who selected the radio for me that the installation wouldn't be too difficult. However, we learned quickly that there was a wiring harness that needed to be purchased, which was substantially expensive, in order to facilitate installation. The wiring connections were done but there was no operation of the radio. It would power up, but nothing was happening, so we took the pick-up and radio to Eagle Sound to see if they could diagnose our problem. Randy Ratto took about 1.5 hours of his time to research the radio and wiring diagram on the internet and corrected the wiring mistake that had been made two wires were crosswired. He only charged us $20.00 for his time and labor and expertise. With hindsight now being 20-20, the next time we make another purchase of this nature, we will do the whole package thing device and custom installation with Eagle Sound. Thank you very much Randy and Cathy!
