Great park, great employees and great full-timers. We came in and felt like family even though we were only staying for two weeks. The full-timers loved on our dogs and made sure to always say hello. This park is clean and the laundry is nice. The bathrooms and showers are hit or miss on being clean. At the end of the day it is a great rv park full of wonderful people.
It was nice until at 8 am someone started up the leaf blower and wouldn't stop woke up my whole trailer..I came here thinking I'd get some rest until my dentist appt on wed afternoon...we paid for 3 nights ..then we heard the gentleman tell the neighbors he gave it a extra blow as he laughed.. WOW...I'm sorry you have workers in ur park like this...at this point hours later he's being loud on purpose.. will be leaving and finding a new place.. Noteworthy details: If you think it's funny to run your leaf blower for hours at 8am don't come stay here..
Eagle tree is a nice, small park with some excellent spaces for a weekend getaway. Close to Poulsbo and Bainbridge it has close access to food and beverage. Also only 20 minutes from some great golf over at white horse. Nearby activities: Wine tasting, eating, gambling and golf!
This is a nice place! Noise wise, not much at all. You could hear the wildlife then some traffic during the day. We did not use any off the buildings so not sure about them. Lots of trails around, paved roads throughout the park. There were RV spots that were very close together and there were other with some space. The maybe off season price was nice, not sure if they go up for the the summer.
Could be so much nicer. It's too crowded and the landscaping / facilities desperately need updating. For those choosing to stay call ahead for a site with enough space for your slides and awning. When you arrive the office has no signage and is well into the park 2 story bldg..
There's a lot of good things about this RV park. It's clean and the faculty is being maintained. It's also quiet and the folks here are friendly. : However the bad news is this park is very densely organized so your neighbor's RV is extremely close to you. People really need to understand that before renting here. Frankly it's challenging to even park if you have a larger rig and I kinda wish I had boondocked in poulsbo instead for free.
Our spot was absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of this RV Park. The staff was all very friendly, the laundry room was kept nice and clean and even had books and movies you could borrow, there were hiking trails that went around the park, and plenty of shade. Between each RV, there was a decent amount of distance, so you didn’t have to worry too much about how close your neighbors were. The trees were massive, and would help to keep the campsite cool in the day, as well as keep the wind away. There were no bugs or anything like that, however, when we were on a hike one morning, we did find a massive banana slug in the woods. Definitely some really cool wildlife that you don’t get to experience many other places. At each campsite however, most did not have picnic tables, or fire pits. So bring lawn chairs if you wish to sit outside, as well as a grill if you want to cook out. At night it was quiet and hardly any traffic going through. There is quite a few places to stop and get food or anything else you may need just a short drive up the road as well. I would definitely love to stay here again, and highly recommend this spot.
We were disappointed that the entire park's water supply was turned off when the outdoor temperature was below 32 degrees F. Even when water use would be high in the morning and evening and the temperature was just slightly below freezing, the water supply to the park wasn't available. There was a very small sign at the entrance of the park that warned it would be turned off but it was easily overlooked by 1st time visitors. It was not mentioned to us at check-in so we were caught off guard and didn't have our fresh water tank filled. The park was otherwise clean, quiet, and friendly. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We would stay again, just maybe not in the winter time.
We didn't have the opportunity to stay at Eagle Tree but did use a site for an RV inspection. Due to a miscommunication between the RV broker and seller, the RV didn't get picked up after the inspection. As the RV site was originally paid for and registered in my name, Eagle Tree continued to charge my card as the unit remained in the site for an additional week while we finalized negotiations on our RV. We learned after closing the sale that the RV was still at Eagle Tree and that is where we needed to pick it up. This was surprising but I wasn't surprised to then see that we had been charged an additional 7 nights. Upon arrival at the park to remove the RV - I asked the gentleman in the office if there was anything they could do in the way of a reimbursement for the broker's miscommunication. He happily agreed to refund 6 of the 7 nights which was more than I expected. He could have easily said no because it was absolutely no fault of theirs that the RV remained onsite. But, he said no problem. This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! While we didn't stay there, the grounds looked clean and well maintained. The restrooms were very clean and quite modern for an RV park. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you take a hard look at this park for your short or long term RV stay needs.
Edit: We lived here for 4 months while I worked at the local hospital and we would definitely come here again. The location is nice, Bainbridge island is and Poulsbo are only 5-10 minutes away. We never had a hard time extending while we were there and management was always easy to get in contact with. Original review: Nice area. The best and worst part is being right by the highway. The park is nice with a laundromat and local store with bathrooms and showers. Management is available during hours every weekday unlike some places that only have management on site 2 or 3 times a week. Not many complaints other than the usually full dumpsters and the somewhat "seat-of-the-pants" style of the management.
