Eagle True Value Hardware

This has been my go to "emergency" hardware store for the past 15 years. It can be expensive compared to the big box stores, but you cant beat the location, at least for me. Staff is always helpful and can point you in the right direction. They also sell propane and lottery tickets, if interested.

Very unhelpful on Saturday afternoon. We came here specifically because it was a small family hardware store. We needed assistance and they could not bother to look away from their computer to assist us. We were ignored. We will go to Home Depot as we get more help there and at least someone greets us. Very disappointed as I wanted to like this store. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I had a wiring issue for a Christmas ornament today and the two kind gentleman working at the store went well beyond the call of duty to help solve the problem. Truly awesome and kind service. Give these folks your business - they deserve it!

Absolutely love this True Value - staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to go above and beyond! After Hurricane Ida, the two women working in store were so helpful in finding the right dehumidifier and equipment to get our basement cleaned up. It was so refreshing to receive such great service during an incredibly stressful time for me.

Excellent store for hardware, home improvement tools. Easier option for people living in Chester Springs location in case you don’t feel like driving to Home Depot or Lowes. Staff were great too and very helpful.

Small local hardware store, though well stocked. Always helpful staff. Sometimes limited brand options, but as good as you'd expect for a local store, saving the drive to Lowe's/Home Depot. Plus the staff always have given recommendations for similar brands/items.

Not in the Lexus Dealership. Outside of Google maps issue. They had everything I needed and we're a great help.

Small hardware store that is very well organized and stocked The staff knows where everything is as well. . It seems they specialize in having the small, specialty things you need to fix something. Unlike the big chain stores with very limited selection and maximum inventory, this store has many unique items to help fix your problem. The staff is not super knowledgeable, and to their credit they do not pretend to know, then try to sell you something you don't need.

Its sad that for two days in a row that they have been telling customers that they are able to get Generators during Hurricane Sandy. They have a kid telling customers that it is a warehouse issue. It is the warehouse issue. I guess it is easy to blame the warehouse when it is most likely the store issue promising something that they could not deliver. I was told that they would have the generators by noon time. I go into the store to find out that they never went up to get the generators yet.
