We are here to serve the church in helping them create better accounting systems through an Accounting System Analysis (ASA). This unique system is created by two CPAs, using their professional "eagle eyes", to help each church create better reporting and internal controls to serve the leadership and congregation to do more ministry work. Your church can have an annual score card on their accounting system and improve their system every year with our help and guidance. Let us serve your church's accounting needs.
OUR SERVICES...
Accounting Systems Analysis (ASA)
Accounting Systems Analysis (ASA) every year provides your church with a score card on how you are doing overall in your Accounting System. To keep our system affordable for churches, our system has you find a qualified* church volunteer to become a "Peer Interviewer". The Peer Interviewer will be trained to analyze another church using our unique system. The "cross pollination" with your financial person in seeing another church with "eagle eyes" will soar your church to new accounting heights. We, at EagleEye, will then produce the score card to help you know your strengths and weaknesses.
* A qualified volunteer would be defined at someone with basic finance or bookkeeping background. We would suggest the church treasurer or bookkeeper.
Consulting Packages
We are available for custom consulting packages for your church to have help with your specific accounting needs. Ask us about our unlimited email and phonecall support package.
Church Bookkeeper Training - 4 hours
We offer classes for church bookkeeper to learn not the day to day details but what is their role to play for the church leadership. We do not teach software but the basics that a book keeper needs to do their job well and most give feedback that they have never been taught.

Jon has 30 plus years as a CPA who loves to help clients with their accounting and bookkeeping systems.
He is builder of Deb's vision to create the system to help churches strengthen their accounting system.
