Get active and improve your help with membership to our state-of-the-art gym and wellness facility.
We offer affordable monthly rates for inviduals, families, & seniors. We have memberships that will give you access to both the gym and classes or you may choose just the gym or just classes. You must be 13 years of age to become a member of our facility. If you are 17 & under you are required to have a parent/guardian signature. If you are 13-15 years of age you must come & go with your parent at all times.
Our gym gives you access to treadmills, ellipticals, seated steppers, recumbent bikes, & up-right bikes for your cardio needs. If you're looking to bulid strength or to tone we offer machine weights & free weights that are safe for any age and fitness level. If you're only here for a day or week we offer $5 day pass for the gym.
We also offer a variety of fitness classes. These classes include Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing, Spinning, Strength training, Abs, Beginner classes, & Senior classes. These classes are designed to help you with your fitness goals. If you want to meet new friends and find others who are working toward your same goals come and join us. If you want to try a class before you commit to a monthly membership, we offer a $5 class pass.
Your membership will include an orientation of our equipment & acces to our locker rooms and showers. If you are a beginner and need help getting started let us know and we will be glad to walk you through step by step.
