We came here in search of “good” dog food to help with our GSP’s allergies and loose bowels. We’ve tried Taste of the Wild and Blue Buffalo with no luck. John, the owner, was SUPER helpful and took the time to explain why those foods might be causing issues and recommended new food for us to try. He answered all our questions and taught us about the different ingredients in different brands and what to watch out for. They also have a DIY dog wash station see pics and grooming area. I plan on returning to have my dogs nails trimmed and get more food. I’ll update then I’m very happy we found this place rather that the big box stores who aren’t very educated on dog nutrition.
Great place for quality food, treats & grooming! Love the self wash tubs for bathing my Newfoundland! Only dislike is that the floors are slippery, especially for giant breed dogs. Runners would be a great addition for the floors, especially after getting self wash and having wet paws.
Great place to shop for dog food and supplies. Also, I take three dogs there for grooming and been very happy with my dogs hair cuts. Especially great job with my standard poodle. It would make it fun, if they would put scarfs on the dogs when you pick them up. Like other groomers do. Otherwise, they are friendly and I give them five stars.
Love this store and love Jacob the groomer. He is amazing. So nice and treats my dog so well. She always looks so pretty when I get her back. My vet shut down the grooming business and I am so glad I found this place. It’s hard to find a good groomer and Jacob is wonderful. I agree, please let’s support this store and keep it in Wentzville.
Groomers Kasey & Theresa are not only talented but amazingly patient. They’ll treat your Fur-Baby with TLC! John the Owner is very knowledgeable in pet nutrition. He provides each customer with education and assistance in picking the best food source for your dog or cat! Very Clean & inviting atmosphere! Love supporting this Wonderful Small Business!
Owner is very nice and helpful. Product selection is pretty vast and prices are good. I have a 15 year old cat that is on a specific type of food and I was surprised and excited that he already has it in stock in a few different flavors and bag sizes. Excited to do business here for all my future pet needs.
We take our dog to Earthwise Pets for grooming. We have tried other places and have not been satisfied. Earthwise has always done a fantastic job. They are friendly and really care about your pet.
I love Earthwise pets. They not only carry the raw food you can’t find at the other stores, but they also carry the hemp oil that my older dachshund needs for pain. They also take great care in suggesting products for your animals unique situation.
Great service, sweet owners, and unique products. My parents take their Golden Retriever there for grooming and she doesn’t freak out like she does with going to Petsmart.
My aunt purchased a leash here and it was supposed to be guaranteed. She paid $30 for it and it broke after the first use. She brought it back and the owner John was extremely rude And had a terrible attitude. My aunt said “well I guess I just threw away $30” John handed her the trash can and said sure just throw it away. Of course he didn’t guarantee his product. I used to groom here and it’s so sad to see a company I took so much pride in has went down hill so fast. You shouldn’t treat your customers like this , after all they are who pays your bills.
