East Atlanta Pediatric Dentistry

We’ve been patients here for at least two years including two trauma visits. Dr. Jordan and her staff are patient, gentle, and aware of how children are feeling. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’d offer, one of my twins is a pro. But the other is the polar opposite since he’s had several not so pleasant visits with the dentist due to traumas to his teeth. their experiences are the same. Same patience. Same respect for their feelings. Lots of recommendations on how to improve their experiences. I can’t say enough about Dr. Jordan and her team. Make your appointment now!

The dentist was a great experience with every staff member with their patience and attentiveness until I got to the front desk to check out. When explained everything about what my 4 year old needed for a sedation procedure was very very insensitive . Other than that the office staff and doctor were Amazing! I believe the staff person was upset because maybe someone else in the staff should have explained the procedure to me before i checked out that's what she seems BOTHERED about though!

This is our second time here for a visit for my two year old. The first time we came was great. This time service and everything was awful and so delayed. I’ve been here for 40 min, the dentist saw my kid for maybe 3-4 minutes total. Very waste of time and won’t be coming back.

Fantastic first experience taking my 13 month old to the dentist. Brooke was super gentle and caring with my daughter when she cleaned her teeth she absolutely hates anyone touching her mouth and Kimberly was great and gave me updates on everything including when the doctor would see us next. Appt was punctual, no waiting, would definitely recommend this office!

I recently moved to East Atlanta from Cobb and having a mother working and retiring from medical industry I was appalled at the lack of customer service very rude sarcastic and treated the service as a charity due to my insurance being Medicaid x rays were taken and I was told cavities were. Present however I would have to wait 6 months before treatment I assume they schedule so many Medicaid cases per month and my child would go for months before service could be recieved so o requested X-rays to forward to a. New dentist for sooner service I was told it would be emailed when the new dentist sent referral to East Atlanta Pediatric dentistry for surgery initially appointment booked and I then recieved email stating service could not be rendered ? Because I chose to choose a new dentist Unprofessional rude sarcastic all about charging your insurance don’t want to perform service based on reviews how many happy patients had Medicaid if you won’t treat us fairly don’t open in our community Gresham road and take advantage of our benefits

Whew, where do I begin.... The facility was clean. Everyone was polite, authentic, professional, and just wonderful. Ms. Ursula is a lovely lovely lady. Her assistant and the Dentist. I'm beyond pleased. if you know my reviews you know I'm 1800+

Horrible service , 8 am. Clerk hung up in my face on purpose twice ! Very nasty attitude , scheduling policy is ridiculous. Bad communication. Would not recommend. , would not trust with my child if there is a chance my child could encounter the person I did.

EDIT: We were patients until recently, out of no where, I call to make a cleaning appointment and was told that we were "deactivated" as patients and could never return. They claimed we missed appointments no recollection of and with no notice. We were patients for years and gave them years of service and many referrals. Disappointed. . . I love East Atlanta Pediatric Dentistry. They are professional, kind, honest, clean and amazing with my children. My dentist recommended them to me and I'm so happy he did. They have seen both of my sons for cleanings 18 months and 5 years and have seen my oldest for more extensive dental work as well. Each staff member is fantastic. I would recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone.

I called this office to schedule my children a appointment. The lady on the other end was very rude and acted annoyed on the call. I gave her my kids name and information. Than stated twice if my kids miss the appointment they can never been seen there. For starters the way your supposed to address it should have been like “ we would like to also inform you that if this appointment can not be kept, our policy is we can not service you in the future. In a nice professional tone. Tone is everything since I’m a customer service representative to myself I’m like I heard the first time but I politely said ok. I got a follow up call to remind me of the appointment. I missed the call and called back. The same lady answered and was rude again. My kids will not be attending this facility. Life is great when you feel welcome. ENERGY IS EVERYTHING. Wish this clinic some better energy 2023.

Had to take my daughter for a tooth extraction after an abscess. They were amazing, very patient and kind. She was nervous and Kimberly literally sang to her! She could not have been better or more comforting. The dentist explained everything in a way a 6 year old could understand. It was a great experience and we will be going there from now on!
