The East Bridgewater Fire is a full service fire department providing fire suppression, emergency medical services (EMS), fire inspection and public education. We are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The station is staffed by four groups of 5 firefighters comprised of the shift commander and 4 firefighters. Shift commanders and firefighters also serve as EMT's or Paramedics. Administration includes the Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief and an Administrative Assistant. There are currently 7 Call Firefighter/EMT's which are utilized when additional manpower is needed. The Department currently operates 3 Engines (pumpers), 1 Tower/Ladder, 2 front line Ambulances with a 3rd in reserve, 1 Forest Fire/Brush truck, a boat and a hovercraft. We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers through continual training and education.
Protect and educate the citizens and visitors of East Bridgewater from the threat of fire and provide the best possible emergency medical care utilizing the Statewide Treatment Protocols through exceptional customer service.
