I arrived 5 minutes early and was able to get in to see the dentist sooner than expected. My dental hygienist was able to examine my teeth quickly, perform the cleaning and flossing, and complete her job with little or no discomfort to me. Great job, Clare. The atmosphere was comfortable. Many people fear the dentist but my experience with Dr Jarvie’s office has only been pleasant. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Thanks Dr Jarvie.
When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. They offer you water or Gatorade. They tell you where the bathrooms are. The staff was professional and courteous. The dental assistant was great and I enjoyed the service and care that I received from Dr Stephen Jarvi. Overall, the experience was great!! Thank you guys!!
I called Dr. Jarvie’s office without being his patient and without an appointment because of a chipped tooth. He stayed late to take me that very day and fixed my tooth flawlessly. What started as an emergency phone call has ended with me switching my dental work to Dr. Jarvie. I can’t say enough nice things about him and his staff. Professional all the way around.
Every time I visit East Brooke Dental they exceed my expectations. They go above and beyond to take care of me. Both Dr. Stephen Jarvis and Dr. Thornton are excellent Dentists. They explain to you in detail what needs to be done before doing a procedure. East Brooke Dental has excellent hygienists and front office staff. They are very flexible with making appointments and work with your schedule. We are fortunate to have East Brooke Dental in Novi. This place is great !!!
I chipped a tooth last week and was freaking out. My boss referred me here and they were able to see me that same day. The outside looks like a professional building but when you walk in it's comfortable and homey. I felt most welcome and safe during my dental scare and Dr. Thornton was amazing. I found a new dentist and I couldn't be happier!!

I’m a new patient & the employees at east Brooke made me feel like I’ve been going there my entire life. Very thorough and quick considering I had X-rays done during my visit as well as them getting to know me and my history! Very impressed
As my 17 year old son recently said, “Dr. Jarvie is the G.O.A.T.”. We have been patients of Dr. Jarvie for 17 years. He has provided our family with the upmost care, including root canals, crowns, mouth guards and routine cleanings. I recall when my son was learning to walk and he fell and his top two teeth went into his gums. I panicked with all the blood and called Dr. Jarvie’s office and they told me to bring him in for an examination. If you want a dentist that is personable, professional and an all around great dentist with integrity, he is the one for you.
I love this dentist office. I have been coming there for years and unfortunately I moved and had my last visit. I asked Dr if he had any suggestions for a new dentist in my area and he didn’t at the time. He later called me and said he found me a great dentist that is only 7 mins from my new location! I don’t know many dentist that care about you like he does and not to mention his staff, front and back I will miss dearly. Thank you for everything.
Dr Jarvie's office is wonderful. His staff is very professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Dr. Jarvie because another dentist messed up my crown and Dr Jarvie has helped me fix the situation. They have modern equipment and Dr Jarvie keeps up on new technologies. I enjoy coming here
