Established in 1997, East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp. has become a leader in custom orthotic, prosthetic and rehabilitation devices. As the largest privately owned, board certified O&P company in the New York metropolitan area, we are pleased to serve our patients at over thirty locations throughout the region and in Western New York.
East Coast O & P, a HIPAA compliant facility, uses the latest in computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, as well as patent-pending appliances we have developed in our in-house R&D division, to quickly and accurately produce better fitting and functioning orthotic and prosthetic devices.

And it is our people that set East Coast O&P far above the rest. Our board-certified practitioners and technicians regularly attend and conduct continuing education programs and clinics allowing us to bring our patients the very latest in technology and developments in the field. Members of our staff serve on the educational faculty of The University of Buffalo for Orthotics and Prosthetics.
Members of our own staff wear, test, refine and benefit from our prosthetic and orthotic products, so we have a special appreciation for what our patients are experiencing, and can respond with an extra measure of compassion and understanding. Our unique peer- to-peer support program puts patients in touch with each other to provide support, first-hand information, and to share experiences and encouragement.
