I’ve been coming here for years, I have NEVER had issues with juice. As a matter of fact this is one store I can find the juices aren’t full of chemicals and preservatives and chemicals I can’t pronounce. Plus east Coast has its own manufacturing, and you request your nicotine level to be added, which is nice because he’s never out of a level and knows exactly what is in his product. Perhaps whoever posted the poor review had their V/G ratio off, or nicotine level not high enough or needs a new mod. BUT never an inferior product. Being a nurse, and a former smoker I am very careful with what I put in my body these days. As For the Elfbars, East coast cape has always had very competitive prices.

Staff is super nice, very knowledgeable and even gave me some good info on a new product and where to I get it.

Wife bought a fake ElfBar from here. We called them and they offered a refund/exchange which was nice but I highly doubt they were unaware they were selling fakes.

Customer service is great, nice atmosphere, and they have the best prices around, also elf bars are not fake just got one and it’s perfectly fine.

I go in there about once a week to pick up some E Juice or supplies and they are always so pleasant to deal with and you can tell all their employees like to be there. No matter who's working they always show me something new that just started selling, that's what made me decide to buy the DNA 30 mod there instead of online because of the service you get. It is just really hard these days to find good help or people with knowledge with what they're doing. Keep up the good work guys, I know where I can go to get my stuff that's for sure!

sold us fake elfbars don’t come here! also Juices are watered down.

Bought a KangerTech Topbox Mini from here. The staff is great and passionate about their products. I had some problems with my Topbox Mini and took it back, and the people at Vape Frog were solved the issue with the customers satisfaction in mind. They have about 80 flavors and allow you to try all of them at your leisure. I look forward to going back and trying the other flavors and letting them know how my vaping experience has been so far.

Love this place! My #1 spot for supplies. Mostly Ego products, but also has mods like the vamo and the protank 2s. Rewards program is pretty awesome too! Employees are just awesome people. You really get a one on one experience here.

I was new to vaping and went here because it was pretty close. They took the time to explain everything and I tested several of their flavors. They also have a reward credit program: $4.99 per $50 spent. I wanted something less bulky and went with the itaste CLK 1280 and a Nautilus Aspire tank. Both were competitively priced. Unfortunately, the 1280 failed after a few months. I called and they said bring it in. After a quick test, they replaced it no questions asked. Regarding the other reviewer concerning watered-down, inflated prices, that has not been my experience though I'm not a heavy vaper. I also have not been paid, nor do I know the owners.

This isn't a new comment it's just an edit! I started coming back here from years ago only because it's so convenient! I'm kind of on the fence, I like the atmosphere but it doesn't leave a whole lot to be desired as far as equipment and they are always out of coils but the people are nice and like I said it's convenient.....
