Customer service is horrible unless you are making a payment. That is the only time they care to even hear you speak, anything else you inquire about they are not helpful with, and are in a rush to get you off the phone. If you need good quotes and easy in and out price matching they are good for that. But the two stars is really all they get in overall customer based communication and understanding.

Been with ECI for around 15 years.  Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
