My routine cleaning went well, and they took the time to specifically explain things I could improve on for dental hygiene. Sandra and Karen at the front desk went above and beyond to help me financially, saving me a lot of money and treating me with exceptional kindness and patience. An absolutely wonderful office. Top marks all around.
Front desk staff was very friendly. The hygienist was extremely nice and had a gentle touch. Told us what she was doing every step of the way. Doctor was very nice and attentive. We were also seen right away. Minimal waiting time. Very pleased.
Great experience. I had some cosmetic work done and my smile never looked better. Dr. Yang was terrific and I highly recomend her. The dental assistants Anthony, Maria & David were also very professional, friendly & made me feel at ease.
Had to have an impromptu root canal. The staff and Dr. took amazing care of me. I have no tolerance for pain in my mouth and they ensured I had no pain throughout the whole procedure.
Love love love! I hate Dentists but this place makes my phobia to Dentists easier to bear. I’ve been looking for a Dentist for a while and have found my place. Highly recommend… I wish I could remember the girl that did my cleaning… she was thorough, gentle and professional! Hope to get her on my next cleaning!
My first experience was yesterday with this firm. They took me in with an infection in a tooth that needed immediate attention and extraction. The doctors and staff ladies at the desk were so kind and comforting. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank You!
I can not say enough great things about Dr. Boerger and her Staff. She is by far an exceptional Dentist in every way, patient, informative, kind and gentle. She made my experience anxiety and pain free and actually a pleasure to be there! The Staff is helpful with Insurance issues and always Professional. David, her assistant, also helped me to feel comfortable and at ease. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this office...Thank you!
Considering I had to get a tooth extracted, I had a really good experience. They made sure that I knew what was going on and explained what they were going to do. They made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain and I was comfortable. I really liked that the doctor is so kind and you can tell he cares. I used to be scared of the dentist but I have no issue coming back to this office. All of the staff is really nice too. Thank you !
I was called to cancel my appointment the day of when I called off work for the appointment due to a hygienist being sick. I understand she was sick but good customer service would be able to get me in the next few days, but then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't get me in till OCTOBER 3 months later... Good customer service would try to fit me in the next few days since I had a confirmed an appointment that they canceled on me. I told the lady on the phone if they can't get me in the next few days I will go else where and I do need my cleaning thats why I had the appointment and I can't wait 3 months for it...and she did not care so obviously this place doesn't need my business and they need better people answering the phones and better customer service.
I was very apprehensive coming to a new Dentist after 24 years with my old Dentist. From my first call speaking to Kathy who reassured me to the rest of staff who all are so friendly. I was welcomed by Ashley the hygienist who is kind, caring, gentle without pain. It was a great cleaning. My new Dentist is Dr. Yang just wonderful, listened to my problems and able to answer with reassurance. Hopefully they will be with me forever. I would recommend this group to anyone.
