I had been putting off going to the dentist for quite sometime due to an unpleasant experience. As it turns out, it was all for naught.wasted energy The staff is amazing. Everyone in there is so pleasant. They put you at ease, have state of the art equipment and play great music! And if you’re really good they give you a goodie bag! Thank you and kudos to you all.
Love listening to the singing doctor. He keeps me smiling. He's funny too. The office staff has kindness and friendliness down to a science. You cannot lose with East Lake Dental. I'm adding my own stars for a total of ten. Yeah!
Love this practice! Great staff, quick apts, don’t try to sell or upcharge you on unnecessary procedures. I’ve been going here for several years now and truly trust dr desutter and everyone on his team. Love his approach and how well run the back office is!
East Lake Dental, run by Dr. Brent Desutter and his wife, truly care about their patients and making going to the dentist as painless as possible - except sometimes you have to listen to Brent's rendition of 80s or 90s rock music while he checks your cleaning . Also, they always, always make time for emergencies - my boyfriend got hit in the face with a stick during a night hockey game and was in a chair in less than 12 hours. What other dentist or doctor can you text with to set up appointments, reschedule or ask about an emergency?! Plus, they send regular reminders, which people like me as I tend to "forget" I'm due for a cleaning. They are up front, only do what's necessary or desired for your oral health, and take any insurance I've had. Plus, they have Wi-Fi.

First time patient for cleaning and exam. Everyone at the practice was friendly and welcoming. Hygienist did a great job with a good attitude. Dentist was understandable explaining x-rays. Small filling. Great job. Highly recommend.
