This is the worst hospital in Los Angeles. If you can avoid please do yourself a favor. All the nurse are sloppy as hell, will promise to any of your request but good luck for them coming back. Aged yet dirty. We pressed the emergency call button, waited for more than 20+ mins, no one helped. I hope health or any local juridical departments should audit this hosptial’s safety and sanitation for the community.
So all these reviews are completely true. I thought they were over exaggerating but nope they are not. My mom was here for 2 weeks exactly, for the 1st week everyday they would say there is nothing wrong with her that she could go home. My mom didn't feel right so we opted to reject their dismissal and stay in the hospital. After that week she got extremely worse, they had to do dialysis and they moved her to ICU. Luckily we were able to get her transferred after 2 weeks and now she's getting better care. If you have a elderly parent here, you must hover over the nurse and doctors because if you don't ask them for things they won't do it, you have to constantly remind them of things and pray they hopefully do it. Also the security people there at the hospital act like they're Paul blart on steroids. They have the most ridiculous visiting rules and they are in no way sympathetic to what's going on. There are a handful of nurses and doctors that really care and that even told us to get her out of this hospital ASAP.
If I could rate this hospital a zero I would but unfortunately I can’t and this is the worst hospital ever coming from the time to be admitted while the doctors aren’t helping any other patients just doing absolutely nothing. Really dude doctors. If you even go for anything I guarantee you it will take up to 12 hours. The doctors are lazy and rude. I went two times which took serveral hours and they were rude. My boyfriends mom went because she fell bad and couldn’t stop shaking and the doctor joked of her being drunk. What kind of hospital is this ? I see they check reviews but they do absolutely nothing to actually fix the problem. If I could report this hospital as a whole I would. They don’t care about the well-being of others they just stay doing their own thing as you hear the wailing of other patients DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU NEED TO. definitely need to coach the doctors to do better and be better I get it they are under a big amount of pressure but why do they put it on the patients. YOU GUYS chose to be doctors. We didn’t choose to be in the state we are in.
Just delivered my baby there and I Had a good experience. My nurses Diana and Celine were really good and helpful went all out for my baby’s need. Diana was always checking on him and being so attentive to him. I had a good experience because of them two nurses.
This is one of the worst hospitals you or a loved one can go. They are so unorganized and the security is the worst, they have no compassion or any listening skills. The security argues with you knowing your loved one is sick or dying. They lie saying family members are outside, so the others inside can come out. Even though there is doctors orders to let us in they don't. This hospital is the worst. The only reason i gave 1 star is so I can write this.
I was brought here on 1/09 after having fainted at work via ambulance and I was completely ignored. I fainted from pain and as I was explaining where I felt the pain and how bad it was, the doctors and nurses only asked me if I had a history of mental illness, which I do, and they immediately told me I had experienced a mild panic attack and was asked to leave. This whole time I would remind them that my IV in my left arm was bleeding badly and didn’t get attention for it until I was about to leave and asked them for a bandage, which didn’t stick well because my arm was still bleeding. On top of that, I was harassed by one of the staff members for not coming in with a mask…when I was brought in via ambulance from work. I have no problem wearing a mask and when I asked if he could hand me one, he shoved the box in my face and reprimanded me for not already having one. This same individual came to my bed and started until I “relaxed” and when my family member came to pick me up the same person came up to me and reprimanded me AGAIN for having people in the lobby waiting for me with out a mask. I have zero control over my family wearing a mask or not and it was completely unprofessional for him to come and, what I considered harassment, tell me that someone who can decide what ever they want to wear. The complete and utter disregard for people in this hospital is absolutely discussing.
You are not going to get open heart surgery or a transplant. But I give them credit for serving the community, and handling their business, looking towards making it better. That’s what my opinion is of the place.
This hospital is amazing I had my son December 19 2022 the nurses are angels and the OBGYN are awesome got there at 8pm because my water broke at 8:30pm I was on a bed with my pitocin I had my baby the next day at 12:24 because I wasn’t dilating but the labor and delivery nurses where checking on me all the time very friendly and professional the same for the recovery nurses they are awesome they are all angels I want to thank you all for the work that you do all the staff at the hospital you guys rock!!!!
Had to go in for a delicate first time procedure and everyone was beyond kind and thorough. The whole staff of nurses and doctor Daniel Brelian were wonderful.
I received a bill from this hospitalBut I lost the documents to pay for the bill when I moving my home so I call the hospital to let them resend a bill and change the address I left. They give me a ohone number of their bill office. one people answer the phone but their voice is too small for me to hear and they hang up just 5 seconds later. then none answer me when I call the phone number of bill office they give to. Now I don't know how could I pay for my bill.
