East Penn Self Storage - Center Valley

They say you can't have all three of following: good price, good service, and a good product... but this place breaks that rule. The staff is super professional and warm, the facilities are clean and safe, and the rates are great. I rented three units in between homes and I trusted them with all of my possessions and it was stress free. I actually enjoyed renting from them. They would do anything for you.

This was my first time renting storage experience. The facility is clean and good for use. Danese on site rep has been of great help. She is very Friendly and helpful for all my needs. I would recommend this place for storage space renting.

I have used East Penn Self Storage several times in the last 10 years or so. I had an accident at work about 2-3 months ago and fell behind on my rent. With the DAILY late fee and a pending move I am finding it nearly impossible to catch up. I have the smallest unit available so downsizing is not an option. At this point I am stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I could pay the fees but then I can't afford my move and will end up living in my car. The items I have stored are more sentimental than valuable. I have recommended them to many people in the past and will probably continue to do so. I just wish they would see me as a person and not a storage #.

It's expensive but very clean and fairly secure. I would recommend this as a safe and moderately high priced storage facility
