Had everything I needed they key prices were good they need to update their online information for the products had prices online that was lower than the actual price in the store. Friendly, helpful staff one of the things I truly like about this business.

Paint department greeted warmly but cashier and other 2 who helped weren't so welcoming.Its like saw me and helped because of ...with coldness.I can't say felt that in store before.I asked questions and made a purchase of nails,paint and mole killer, wasn't there to steal.

This location doesn’t accept returns from other Ace Hardwares. I understand they are neighborhood stores but it’s a chain. I went to a further location to get an item this location was said to have online but was ultimately out of stock. Purchased one too many and couldn’t return here. The return policy at the register doesn’t say they only accept returns from their location. Should probably update that if you’re going to implement such a ridiculous rule.

The people working here are nice and really try to help. Most are oldschool though so dont expect computer skills from them lol

Went in for safety gear  glasses, vest, hard hat, raincoat, gloves was needing everything in small and they had nothing that would fit, only xl's so I had to go elsewhere. Other than that the staff was nice

I found what I wanted with no problem. Clerk was very helpful. I  this new location. They moved from behind the store, but the building is bigger and plenty of parking space.

I was at Ace Hardware TODAY 10/6/2022 why it says I visited yesterday when I didn't go anywhere?? I got some keys made the lady was real helpful and friendly ...

Awesome hardware store. You can get personalized help with hard to find items not like the warehouse stores.

Its nice very different from their last location. They have a hiring sign but I have not heard from them over 3 weeks are they truly hiring. Lol

Needed a tip for the leg of my cane and this guy was so eager to help me. He told me what isle they were on, took me over to the isle, help me find the correct size and even put the new tips on my cane legs. It's good to know that even tho they built and occupy a bigger store that their customer service has also grow and gotten more personal.
