I love this post office. The employees are always very polite and welcoming. It's my favorite post office. They hold my packages due to high package theft in my area, they've never seemed upset when I have had multiple packages to pick up, and it's overall a great USPS location.
Thanks USPS for returning the Mother’s Day photos I sent out over a week ago with water damage and a “postage required” stamp. Even though the 2nd envelope with the same exact items made it to its destination also with water damage in an envelope that said “we care”. No wonder USPS is tanking they deserve to. Private shipping will push you out of business soon enough.
I would really like to call someone at the local office to ask about my money order, I cannot get anywhere on the automated line.
I literally watched the USPS individual for my neighborhood drive right past my house without slowing down I was standing on the porch and skip my house today. I then received an email saying my package wasn’t delivered due to difficulties, which I don’t know what they were considering I watch the person drive right by without slowing down or attempting to stop.
Haven't received any of my mail since I changed my address! Contact them to let them know I haven't been getting any of my mail all he said was "the driver says he's been delivering the mail" It's really IRRITATING!!! NEVERRRR had to deal with this before
I’ve had two separate packages that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. We sat on our front porch all day waiting as we live in an apartment and didn’t want it to get snatched. Right before the time expired when it said it would be delivered, we got an update that “delivery location was not accessible and a paper with further instructions was left” nothing was left. No one ever came. I contacted post office and was told they would call me back. They never did. Woke up this morning to see delivery was rescheduled for today. Sat on the porch from 7 am to 4 pm. At 3:38 we received the same update. That delivery location wasn’t accessible. NO ONE EVER EVEN CAME BY MY PLACE. so now I have no package they are worth over 600$ there are no instructions. No one returned my call. And now the post office is closed. HORRIBLE care for your customers.
The east ridge post office the people who deliver the mail don't do there job I sit here and watched them drive right by my mail box with my flag up for them to pick my mail up. That's not right I guess they hate there job and can careless about deliver people there mail
Living here in East Ridge has been an experience and an eye opener regarding “missing” packages that ought to be arriving via USPS. I order a lot of products online and thankfully I have 2 different cameras filming my front yard and mailbox. So I’m at least able to get items replaced by the merchant with proof of no delivery. I’ve seen the USPS mail lady bring up a package plastic bag, rolled up in her hand so it was closed and after she set it down, the bag began to unroll where it was apparent it had been opened. This is all on video. The package was supposed to have 3 shoe boxes inside, but only had 2. When I attempted to contact the supervisor I was told the mail lady said the package was sealed. When I told them I had video that said otherwise, they quickly backtracked and then started with an array of excuses. Since then I’ve experienced items just not showing up and Amazon is probably getting irritated having to replace items and I’m getting irritated because it’s just one specific female USPS worker that is the person on shift when items aren’t showing up.
Hands down, the cleanest and friendliest experience I have had in a USPS in years! Mike was great. Highly recommend.
Friendly, polite, and expedient people here.
