I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kenny and the most awesome Ms. Amanda. My son, who is autistic, needed dental surgery, and I was scared. He's had surgery before and it went great but there's always that fear. Amanda called and walked me through everything for several days leading up to the big day I'm talking every day for like a week and put mind at ease and answered every question I had and called anyone that needed calling. She went above and beyond and I wish there were more angels like her in this world to look out for my son. Now Dr. Kenny, well let's just say I want him to stay my son's dentist forever! He's kind, caring, compassionate and most of all a man of God. He said a prayer for my son right before surgery and I just knew my son was in the best hands and everything was gonna be alright. Thank you for everything you guys did for my family especially our son. We love you like family and recommend you to anyone who will listen to us. Good bless you both.
Great place for my kids to get dental work. The staff is super friendly and caring.
I USED to LOVE this place. My daughter 4 years old lost her filling to her tooth. She was in a great deal of pain. She couldn’t be seen for months. Let’s not forget this can easily turn into an infection. No urgency for X-rays or treatment. They got us in for a “cleaning” in hopes they’d see how serious this is and be able to do something to fix this problem. Nope. You’ll be seen in another few months. For right now we will just put a little piece to fill the hole don’t know the technical term for it but it looked like clay almost. Fast forward I got her quickly into our family’s dentist for X-rays to make sure this wasn’t an abscess. They don’t treat children which is understandable. They recommended us to a place in Tyler. She was seen today in Tyler and the dentist who saw her saw SEVERAL issues that should have been addressed a long time ago how her teeth are growing in to be one thing that you can’t miss I’m very disappointed how There’s no sense of urgency with problems like a hole in a 4 year olds tooth. I contemplated even writing this but this place always comes highly recommended and I’m an understanding person especially with kids teeth they’re kids they get cavity’s whatever but how this was dealt with and what we found out today I’m beyond disappointed and urge other parents to look to another area for treatment it’s worth the drive for your kid at least.
East Texas Children's Dentistry is the bomb! We love going there and the kids love going and interacting with the dental staff while getting their checkups! We will definitely continue using them!

Dr. Thompson and his entire staff were amazing from the moment we walked and for the entire time we were there. Very calm and patient and confident, all of the things you want for your child’s dental appointment.
Always so personable! My children have been going here their entire life and we love them - Amy, Dr. Becca & Dr. Kenny are awesome! Highly recommend for all children! My oldest is 18 and will keep going until they refuse him an appointment!

My son is almost 5 and he's been going here since he was 6 months old and they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! My son LOVES going to the dentist! Super friendly staff and they interact wonderfully with the kids. Highly recommend!
