It’s not the cleanest mall but usually has cloth store stores which are reasonably priced for casual wear.
A community shopping centre with a great mix of services and basic stores all at one location. They have bank, dollar store, dental, medical, fitness, pharmacy, grocery and a small food court.
Lots of parking. Mall has what I need. C class property. HS degrafe over the past 10 years Store quality is just okay, but does have some unique and hard to.fi.d items. Haye the pay deposit shopping carts but understand the need as the local community is walking distance and the cart would be scattered about the local streets if this countermeasure was not in place.

The only good thing about this mall are the walls. Rest its filled with old, smells like death, feels like a funeral house and many rude third world people. But atleast the walls are standing

It is nice place. There are high-rise resedential Appartments in Thorncliffe Park. Overlea Drive and a bigh Shopping Mall called East yark. Many communities lives their like Pakistani Indian, Bangladeshi mostly you can meet Afghan Ann afarican people Also. Cheep place to live. They get 2 month appartment fare in advance First month And Last month. You give notice ti owner before leave the apartments if mot your fare decuded no return policy to last month Owner pay you in cash. Ther is big a mosque where Juma pray offer in 3 different times on same day due to thick population of mulslim of all communities.
Plaza where there is something for everyone. Shoppers and Dollarama, grocery, small stores for clothing and jewelry. Good experience.
If you are looking for a great place to relax, eat amazing foreign food, and sip on FRESH Bubble Tea under cool A.C good music or T.V entertainment... Stop researching! "The Original Barrio Fiesta" will satisfy all your stomachs, with generous greetings and incomparable Filipino platters for the right price for all customers! 6 months ago I visited this strip mall to try new foods, the restaurant I had come across had a decent design not much to look at but their menu and the beautiful smiles. However, Now that the renovations have completed over the months of closure. Not only the Mall looks great but the Fiesta Restaurant looks fantastic and has AIR CONDITIONING & T.V YESsss!
As far as food basics go, this is one of the cleanest i've seen. Seems like a renovation recently took place or they are anticipating the new competition from Costco across the street. Typically discount prices that you would find from a food basics.
