Best bank I've had. Any fraud attempts and my card immediately gets locked and all you have to do is walk in for them to print you a new one.
Great customer service. Everyone is very polite and every issie I've had they have taken great care of me. I would never go to another bank after the way I was delt with at some of the other competing companies. I'm very happy with Eastern.
I have been a life long Eastern Bank customer, so when I moved to Rhode Island I was so disappointed to learn they had no branches here. No problem. I drive to Taunton. It's the wonderful employees that keep me a loyal customer
I wish I could give this bank zero stars, hands down the worst mf bank I’ve ever used in my entire life. The employees are mostly rude, you can’t even call the bank directly; it’s some 800 number nonsense, and they are not helpful whatsoever.
Absolutely love this bank, the ladies are so polite, welcoming, and perfeshional. ANY issues big or small is handled fast and efficiently with respect for me and my privacy. I won't bank any place else!
